"I have a furniture repair franchise, and was contacted last September by justmyshopping.com to make repairs on a bedroom set they sold to someone nearby. They sent me photos, and I told them the price. In mid October, they contacted me and gave me the go ahead to make repairs. I even had to order some special materials for the repairs. I invoiced justmyshopping on November 5, 2010. Today is February 25, and I have yet to be paid by these people. To make matters worse, they claim they sent me a check over two weeks ago. I have yet to see it. I won't do any more work for them, and I know several other furniture repair shops they have also stiffed. So if you buy something from them and it needs repairs, you can assume they will not pay the repair person.As of March 19, these scam artists still have not paid, and I am still out the money I spent on materials, gas, assistant, etc.As of April 19, these scam artists have still not paid me. They don't answer emails. I am out over $250 for materials, gas, paying my assistant, paying franchise royalties, etc. I did not create the damage, their delivery persons did. They agreed to my price to make repairs, and contracted with me to fix it, which I did. Do not buy anything from these ripoff artists, and do not do any work for them, unless you like working for a loss."
"We ordered a Pulaski bedroom set on the 26th of September and it was written that it would be delivered in 5 to 8 days. It is now November 15th, 2010 and we still do not have the furniture. In addition to not having the bedroom furniture, numerous calls were made to their so called customer service dept. Our calls were met with rudeness, and a lack of information. Nobody could tell me where the bedroom set was or when it would be delivered. Keep in mind that they had already charged by credit the full amount of almost 6,000.00. When I threatened to call my credit card company, I finally did get a phone call, but with the same vague lack of information that I had received the previous four times. Just a couple of days ago, I received an email from their customer service rep. Arnold, telling me the furniture arrived damaged. Not just one piece but the whole set, and it was not reparable. What a joke. I would not recommend Just My Shopping to anyone. Buyer beware, they over promise and under deliver, while they keep your money. Stay away."
"It was a big mistake ordering from JustMyShopping.com. I needed 2 more Ashley dining room chairs to match the 4 that I already own, and was drawn in by the price, the free shipping, and the fact that they had the matching chairs in stock. I was charged the morning after I placed the order. There was no confirmation email, but I still hoped for the best. A whole MONTH later, I received 2 chair backs and one seat. No front legs, no second seat, no packing slip, no assembly instructions. I'm still waiting for a followup email with a tracking number for the shipment of the rest of the parts. Very poor, very slow customer service. I'll edit this review if they ever come in, but judging by the experiences of other victims, that is unlikely. Beware!UPDATE: On 7/8/10 (46 days after ordering), I recieved the second chair seat. Still no front legs. Emailed again and received another promise of the parts and a delivering tracking number. On 8/18 (87 days after ordering!) I finally got the front legs. At no time did I ever receive the promised tracking numbers. I consider myself lucky to have actually recieved all the correct parts in good condition. Avoid this place!"
"Charged Credit Card and did not send item. This is the second time this has happened to me with these guys and I think it is standard operating procedure. Called, they said it would ship the next day. Called, still no tracking number. Disputing charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
"DO NOT SHOP HERE. OK, there, I warned you. I placed an order for an audio rack with these guys on 1/6/10 for an item that was allegedly "in stock". Of course, they charged my card the full $205.00 the very day of the order. A week later my order status was upgraded to "shipped". Two weeks later after not having received the item, I called and was told by Arnold and David that they could not locate a tracking number for the item at all because someone "at the warehouse" hadn't gotten back to them. Fine, I gave them another week and still nothing recieved, and no tracking number can be found. So I called to cancel the order and Arnold told me that they need the cancellation request in writing in an email, and that it would take up to 14 business days to issue the refund (this is pure BS, since they were able to charge my card the very moment I made the purchase on 1/6/10). So of course, I emailed them to cancel the order on 2/5/10, and guess what - yup, you guessed it - more than 14 business days have gone by, I haven't heard a peep from them, and STILL no refund! And, my email quiries to them about the status of the refund go unanswered! Bottom line: JustMyShopping.com stole $205.00 of my money, and you have been officially warned. Have a nice day!"
"I had a very good experience with Just My Shopping. I was looking for a discontinued living room set that I could not find anywhere. Finally I located the loveseat in PA. I then set out to find the sofa and no one had it but Just My Shopping. I placed the order and at the time, I was very excited because they had the sofa. Throughout the ordering/delivery process, I was very nervous about receiving the correct sofa, but Arnold and David kept assuring me that my sofa was secure. My delivery date was delayed by a few days, but that was only because of the big snow storm that hit accross the region. After the weather cleared up the freight company scheduled my delivery and voila! my sofa was delivered. I must say that I was very grateful and appreciative because my sofa was very tightly secured so that there was absolutely NO damages. The living room set looks great in my living room and I have Just My Shopping to thank for it. I am glad that I did not give up on my search for the sofa, it was worth every minute."
"This site should be avoided at all costs. Placed an order for (3) chairs with them back in November. Poor shipping information and customer service. Arnold, who you can read about in numerous complaints provides nothing but "lip" service. Finally received (1) chair three weeks ago, but never the other two. Never received a shipping confirmation number on anything. Charged our credit card immediately upon purchase. I called Arnold and asked to cancel my order and refund my money for the two remaining chairs and he refused by saying he would check with his warehouse and call me back. Never received a phone call back. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. I am also calling my State Attorney Generals Office and filing a complaint. Stay away from JustMyShopping.com."
"If you've been reading the reviews of Justmyshopping.com, this will sound all to familiar. On Oct. 26, 2009, I ordered four dining room chairs. The Chairs had just been discontinued and I was trying to complete a partial set I had purchased from another furniture company a few months prior. I placed my order, waited for several days and heard nothing. After nine days(Nov. 4)I sent an email requesting information regarding my order. I received an email in return containing general information I already knew, such as my address, the cost of the order, and other basic shipping information. My concerns were not addressed in the email, however, I noted the order status on the JSM website was changed to "Shipped." I thought this was good and, therefore, waited. Just before Thanksgiving, after waiting for about two more weeks, I called customer service and was told I should receive my order the following week. The following week came and went and not a chair did I see. On December 1, 2009, I called Customer service a second time. This time I was told the chairs had been placed in "Shipped" status but had been held back because, on inspection, they discovered the hardware was missing. I was told they were waiting for the hardware to arrive before the chairs would be shipped. I was skeptical but accepted the explanation. On December 18, 2009, 53 days after I placed my order, I received two of the four chairs. I was not notified of the delivery by email or tracking order prior to delivery, nor was I given an explanation as to why only half my order had been shipped. I called JSM and spoke to Arnold. Arnold put me on hold numerous times for several minutes. After returning he told me he would have to do some research and get back to me via email. After about three days of waiting for that email, I called him back. This time Arnold told me I would have to wait until after Christmas to find out anything regarding the second half of my order. Arnold said the personnel who could find that information had gone home for the day. On December 31, 2009, 66 days after placing my order on Oct. 26, 2009, I was told the second half of my order had been shipped and I would be receiving a tracking number via email. By the way, my credit card was charged somewhere around Thanksgiving. So they are a little more interested in getting paid than in making a timely delivery of purchased items. At this point, I will be astonished if I receive the rest of my order within two weeks. If you order from this company I would recommend you prepare yourself for the following:1. Be willing to wait for weeks on end without hearing from them.2. Don't expect anything they say will actually turn out as promised.3. Be willing to contact them about every two weeks or so just to assure yourself they are a legitimate company and its not a big scam.4. Be willing to pay for items you might not see for a long long time. 01-18-2010, 84 days after my initial order. I finally have received the complete order. And with only a small amount of damage to one of the chair legs. The only reason I'm not going to complain to the company is because (1) its a discontinued item and (2) I'm convinced it wouldn't do any good. I lost almost all respect for this company. As my 84 day process unfolded, I began to suspect they were being dishonest with me and would tell me anything to appease me. I have no idea how long it would have taken for my delivery to be made if I had not called them at least every two weeks. To be frank, I was a little amazed to see the correct chairs arrive. I half expected to open the box to find either severely damaged chairs or the wrong chairs. The bottom line, If you order from this company you will probably get your order but it's timely delivery is very very doubtful. I recommend this company only as a last resort. FEB. 4, 2009 - I thought it was over but I was wrong. After receiving my complete order on January 18 and opening the box, I edited this review to provide the updated information. I should have tried to put the chairs together first. One of the chairs was assembled without difficulty. However, the second chair had the wrong hardware and would not go together. I emailed Arnold, once again and informed him of the situation and asked for his supervisor's contact information. Arnold sent me an apologetic email saying he would have new hardware sent to me and would, once again, provide me with a tracking number. He also provided me with his supervisor's name and number. For those interested, His name is Robert. Arnold just gave me the general phone number listed on their website. Anyway, that was January 19th. Today, Feb. 4, 101 days after my original order date, I called and spoke to Robert. Robert was not apologetic when I explained my frustration but informed me a new hardware pack had indeed been sent out. Only time will tell. What a cluster. February 27, 2010. I finally received the correct hardware and am therefore able to use all of the items I purchased 124 days ago. Wow. The word abysmal comes to mind. This concludes this narrative of my experience with this company. Future business with Just My Shopping is unlikely. "
"My companies JustMyShopping.com experience has been the most tedious, frustrating, and horrible online shopping experience we have ever received. After shopping online and choosing a new executive chair for our doctors, Anthony from JMS was nice enough to beat all other online deals and ship our chair for free. This order was placed and paid in full on June 8th. Anything and everything after that went downhill. First, Anthony told us that the chair would be shipped to us within 1-4 business days. What Anthony neglected to say was that 1-4 days meant was being shipped from their warehouse and that the shipment could actually take up to 7-14 business days to arrive. We received an e-mail stating our chair would arrive on June 26th, which was upsetting since we had thought the chair would arrive by the 12th. On June 26th we waited for the delivery that never came. When we call customer service we received the “run-around” and no solution. Later that day we received another e-mail stating the chair would them arrive by July 2nd at the very latest. Again, July 2nd came and no chair. Customer service representative Arnold had no explanation on why we had no chair. He stated he would call me back after he spoke with the warehouse. I never received a phone call. I tried calling back myself and was transferred to voicemail. I called back from my own personal line on July 3rd and spoke with Arnold again. He said again he had no explanation and the warehouse was closed to observe the holiday and someone would call me back Monday morning. Monday came and again, no phone call. I called again was transferred several times to be connected again with Arnold. He said he spoke with the warehouse supervisor and that our order was lost and they were going to ship another one. He did not apologize; he did not offer a discount or any other incentive. I asked if the order would be shipped overnight or rushed and he said he had no control over it and it was going to be shipped out that day (July 6th). I asked to speak with his supervisor and of course, he was not available. I asked to receive a phone call from the supervisor and I never did. On Friday, July 10, I call back to customer service and was placed on hold by Anthony for 12 minutes just to get hung up on. I called back and spoke with Arnold and he said he had tried to call my place of business but the line was busy. I told him I didn’t believe him because we have several lines. He stated he sent an e-mail with all the tracking information. I double-checked the e-mails and I received nothing from his company. He then gave me the shipping information by phone and when I called to check it the company said it was invalid. After several more phone calls between Arnold and the shipping company it was finally discovered that the order was only 15 miles away from my place of business but yet was no suppose to be delivered for another week!!! I called the local branch where the order was located and ask the very nice lady if we could receive the order sooner and she agreed to have it delivered on Monday (July 13th).We will never order from this company again, nor do we recommend JustMyShopping.com."
"I was drawn in by the price. Placed my order on May 5, 2009. I emailed May 13 to ask why my order status was still in 'new sales'. I got no response. Emailed again May 19 with the same question. I got no response. Finally called May 28 and was told that the item had already shipped. I asked 'You shipped the item even though my credit card hasn't been charged yet?' and was told yes. My credit card was charged the very next day. Received an email on June 1 saying that they were looking into the order and that I would be emailed when it shipped. I received my tracking number on June 5, and the item showed up on June 10. When I opened the box, (I ordered a nightstand), it was apparent that it had been dropped at some point. One corner was all mashed up, and the right side rails that hold the drawers were both knocked loose, the top was not attached and there were a couple of other loose pieces. But nothing was really destroyed, so i decided to put everything back together than go through the hassle of returning it and hoping that I didn't get another one in worse condition. I should have read the reviews before ordering, this scenario seems pretty typical. Don't waste your time or money with this company."
"There was a particular bedroom set that my wife and I just had to have. It was a Millenium by Ashley bed. I just have called like 10 different places and they all told me that it was discontinued. I was pissed because we really wanted that specific one. I then came across this website and noticed that it sais in stock. I figured what the hell, let me try 1 more time before I give up. I gave them a call and was very clear about what I wanted. I already knew it was discontinued so my first question was "are you sure that its in stock." They put me on hold and came back to me about 2 minutes later. I didn't really mind waiting on hold since I knew this was my last chance. After speaking to a woman, a guy picked up and seemed to be filled in on what I wanted. He said that I was lucky because we have 1 more left but there would be some sort of internal transfer in place because it had to go from 1 warehouse to another. I was a little sceptical because I know that this was a discontinued piece. He guy assured me that I would have it and that he would keep me updated. about 4 days later I got an email saying that the transfer was complete and it will now be sent to me. After seeing that me and my wife were pretty excited. The next day my card was charged and I got yet another email saying that the item had left and is on its way by a freight company. I replied for a tracking number but they informed me that there was none. I was a little weary of that but they explained to me that its because it was a large shipment and that I would get a call before the delivery. I figured ok, as long as I know when its comming. about 7 days later (including the weekend) I got a call to setup a delivery appointment. I was crazy exited and told them to do it as soon as possible. They came the next day and brought it to my house. I had my family help me bring it inside and set it up. That was the fun part. Then I noticed that the tops of one of the posts had a crack in it. I was pretty disturbed by this and called them up immediately. I spoke to the same guy again and he informed me that he would take care of everything and have a new post sent out. I was pretty lucky that they had that extra piece for this item. No lie, it came it 4 days and in perfect condition. Me and my wife now make good use out of this bed if ya know what I mean. Very solid construction. I was so exited I called them back up just to thank them. I think this is some of the best service that I've had. I was kept informed the whole time and they were very honest with me letting me know of the internal transfer. I would definately order from site site again. Who knows, I might need a living room set soon :). "

"Ordered only one set of chairs in attempt to gauge quality of this company. There was a 5 day delay because of storm damage (according to customer service). Incidentally I have called and emailed this company and they are always courteous and prompt. Pair of chairs turned out to be one chair because of misleading text description of chairs. The description said sold as a pair but in the checkout it showed the chairs shipped one to a box, oh well live and learn. I called and sent emails to complain about what seemed to be deceptive advertising. A customer service associate named David contacted me and did his best make things right. He gave a significant discount on my next purchase and offered his apologies. Bottom line, this company isn’t great but like the local brick and mortar store, they work hard to get your loyalty. If you’re not in a hurry I would recommend these guys. Lowest prices period and great products mixed with good customer service. Not the best website in the world and their invoicing system seems to be broken. I would shop here again, in fact I just did. "
"I too received bad service from this company. Placed order, credit card immediately charged, did not acknowldege order until I called to complain about order not progressing past NEW SALE status on web site. Then they changed to ship 1 of three and it never progressed passed that. Was told after 9 business days that order had not processed then when I asked to cancel was told I could not because shipping had already occurred. Asked for shipping documents and tracking information was told they could not supply. Told them I disputed with credit card company then was told they would supply shipping documentation which they never did. Checked on shipping times with common carrier from proposed delivery point to my residential destination and it stated 3-5 business days based on about 20 different carriers. Sent them this information and they became angry and started yelling at me. Then agreed to cancel the order (which they previously stated had shipped). Only time will tell if I get my money back. Posted complaint with FCC, FBI and BBB.org. Also asked to talk with a VP or upper managment individual and they refused to provide me with contact information, continued to yell at me and tell me I was a horrible customer and blamed the entire bad experience on me. WOW what customer service. "
"Dont even hope for a speedy delivery on your orders from this company or any delvery at all is also possible. I have been emailing for almost three, yes, I said three months (order and confirmed Oct 21, 2008) and still no delivery. No nothing. Have spoken or emailed at least 4 customer service folks. Only one has even acknowleged a problem.My Visa card was charged right after my order was placed. My order was placed Oct 21, 2008! I have tried and tried to have this order cancelled and refunded but to no avail. I have never written a negative response on ANY company before. Buyer beware. This was my second order. The first took three months before it was delivered. Since it was funrinture I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this other order placed just a week later was small stuff that they said later was on the way. NOT! They are not a member of Merchant Member PRogram so may never see or respond to this. I wish I had seen niklas review before I ordered. Will have to seek legal action I suppose to get my money back.Keep all your correspondence with them."
