"I loved Just Flowers Service!! My friend received the flowers that I ordered for her and they were beautiful!! (i saw them for myself also). They arrived on time and every thing was great. The customer service was excellent!! I would use them again. I placed my order in advance and not 1 day before they needed to go out. I guess if you give a last minute notice you deserve last minute flowers. You can't place an order the night before and expect it to be delivered and look nice. They have to find a local florist if they aren't a local florist and I am pretty sure that is hard to do at the last minute."

"I made an order through justflowers.com and I was afraid to due to the bad reviews, but the balloon bouquet that I ordered was delivered within 4 hours from the time i ordered them!!!

The ease of purchase and automation made the purchase simple, straight forward and quick. The variety to choose from and availability for anyone is a mobile customer like myself is a must these days. I have had bad or negative experience with many various florists all over the world so it just comes with the business. This is just my few cents in the overall bucket of justflowers reviews. Many friends have purchased from them and recommended to check it out. yeah, it's a little pricey but if you go to any florist there's no guarantee you will get what you are looking for, since there's sooo many variables. Unfortunately flowers do not live long and the process of keeping them fresh sometimes doesn't leave florists with a better choice. There are some florists however I would not use again just because I still have bitter taste in my mouth. "
"In contrast to just about every person who has taken the time to review Justflowers.com, for me the correct order was delivered to my girlfriend on time (on Valentine's Day), exactly as described on their website.
I ordered the flowers almost 2 weeks in advance as my girlfriend and I are unfortunately not spending Valentine's Day together and I wanted to be sure that they would be delivered on time. I have to admit that when I decided to read these reviews (after I had already placed the order) I did get a little nervous and even decided to tell my girlfriend about what I had got her and warn that the flowers were probably not going to arrive. But they did.
They also responded to my emails very quickly when I asked them to take some extra phone numbers to contact if there were any problems with the delivery, and informed me that the order had been amended. However, the email address they gave on the original booking confirmation did have a typo in it, and it therefore took me a while to contact them about the order.
It seems to me that the problem with Justflowers.com is that they claim they can deliver on the day of the order, which they apparently can't. From my experience, if you book in advance they do provide a good service, although the cost is a little high."
"I ordered flowers today for a special occasion for my daughter's business. I only ordered because they could deliver immediately, within 4 hours. Approximately 3 hours after I placed my order I received a phone call telling me that they could not deliver today after all; the store they were working with has too many deliveries. They offered to deliver tomorrow, with an apology note. I had to ask about the refund on the express delivery charge, which they said they would refund. I was going to cancel the order because, realistically, I could get anyone to deliver the next day. The customer service rep reduced the order by $15 if I could not cancel and have it delivered tomorrow. I agreed but it wasn't a discount she had immediately offered, and I had to "negotiate" the discount, which I didn't appreciate. I agreed to have them delivered tomorrow, but I am so disappointed that their ad was misrepresented. There should be a disclaimer stating that there might be a chance same day delivery would not be possible."
"Well, here on Valentines Day I searched the internet for nice flowers Since my trusted FTD was honest enough to say they could not deliver. These were for my wife which I have sent every year like clockwork. Their site is very nice and very easy to purchase the flowers and guarantees all over the place for same day delivery. I even emailed before purchase to assure that they can deliver ON VALENTINES DAY, And was immediately responded to that they definitely could. WELL along with the fact that at 7:00 my wife calls me that she is leaving work “NO FLOWERS”!!! But I had tried to call all day to find out the status EVERY NUMBER they have would just beep! I even traced their domain name on “who is” to see when the site was purchased and that number was even bad. Kind of funny though that SHOP.Com is their affiliate, on the Who IS page and they are the ones to give them a great rating.... Imagine that. What makes me the maddest, is if they could have had someone answering the phone (which they say there customer service is exceptional - HA HA that is funny) But I could have picked them up locally and delivered them myself.. But to have every number dead is wrong and very frustrating because it just leaves you hanging. Then when I went to their website to get a number to complain about NO DELIVERY, their was a big flashing ad saying " it is not to late we can still deliver" this company is horrible and has put me in the dog house stay clear of these guys bad service bad contact bad delivery but they sure make it easy to buy from and guarantee everything. And don't even try and call to fix something or check on delivery. GO TO FTD ONLINE they have always been flawless and I would not have steered away but FTD was at least honest and said they could not deliver. Waste of money and waste of time!!!! BE AWARE if you want to stay married stay away from justflowers.com they are the WORST ….. Oh and it is not like they are cheap they were the most expensive for just 12 roses. "
"The bottom line is, don't use justflowers.com. My order never made it, I was never notified, you have a better chance of winning the lottery then getting status on your order. I recommend growing your own flowers before ever using justflowers.com"

"I used www.justflowers.com to order my wife 96.78 worth of roses to be delivered on Valentines day.
I recieved an email stating the order was being processed very early valentines day (approx 5am)
I was supposed to be home for Valentines day. On finding out I would NOT be home, I used their website to order the roses. I was emailed at 9pm PST on Valentines Day that there was a problem processing the transaction (no explanation, just that it did not happen) and I then emailed them back stating that I was VERY disappointed that nobody tried calling me to let me know this. I was also very upset and stated that if I did not see the refund on my next statement that I would be filing a dispute immediately.
I then recieved an email saying my money would be refunded immediately and thought nothing more of it.
move foward 1 month (now march 15) and i get my credit card statement and there is no 96.78 refunded. I then call justflowers.com and it takes 5 calls to finally get someone on teh phone. each time i call and work through the levels it just hangs up. Once i get a person on the phone they state the reason i was not given teh refund is that i threatened them with a dispute so they don't refund until the credit card contacts them. the person said something about losing twice the amount and not even seeing any of it. I know a little about credit card transactions and disputes. The card company does NOT take the money from teh vendor. they start an inquiry and if between the time the dispute is filed and the credit card company contacts the vendor the amount is refunded all things are closed and nothign more is done.
JustFlowers never were told i was filing a dispute. I stated I would IF i did not see my refund in my next statement and that I was extremely dispappointed in their service and a simple apology would have gone a long way.
I also call my credit card company and have THEM call justflowers support staff to talk about the fact the refund has taken so long. JustFlowers wanted to argue with the credit card rep over rules and regulations with me on the phone. It was hilarious. It came down to me AND the credit card person telling the rep that i was NOT filing a dispute and she said she would refund my money.
Move ANOTHER 30 days (april 15) and I recieve another statement. No refund from justflowers.com. I call them AGAIN and this time I hear some excuse that they were waiting on my bank/creditor to call them and that is why they have not refunded the money. I have a rep from my credit card company on the phone and she is literally laughing at their actions.
So, it is now 2 months later, i recieved no roses, i have not recieved a refund and i finally filed a dispute and just got the paperwork in the mail from my card company stating so. I have also called a few people in sales/marketing over at FTD.Com and got some interesting questions and people have called me back asking more questions as to justflowers.com's treatment of this flower order gone wrong. I have been sworn at, called a liar and hung up on when trying to talk to their people. Every time I tried to ask for a manager i would be hung up on. I would only say to BE CAREFUL when using their service.
