"Well, here on Valentines Day I searched the internet for nice flowers Since my trusted FTD was honest enough to say they could not deliver. These were for my wife which I have sent every year like clockwork. Their site is very nice and very easy to purchase the flowers and guarantees all over the place for same day delivery. I even emailed before purchase to assure that they can deliver ON VALENTINES DAY, And was immediately responded to that they definitely could. WELL along with the fact that at 7:00 my wife calls me that she is leaving work “NO FLOWERS”!!! But I had tried to call all day to find out the status EVERY NUMBER they have would just beep! I even traced their domain name on “who is” to see when the site was purchased and that number was even bad. Kind of funny though that SHOP.Com is their affiliate, on the Who IS page and they are the ones to give them a great rating.... Imagine that. What makes me the maddest, is if they could have had someone answering the phone (which they say there customer service is exceptional - HA HA that is funny) But I could have picked them up locally and delivered them myself.. But to have every number dead is wrong and very frustrating because it just leaves you hanging. Then when I went to their website to get a number to complain about NO DELIVERY, their was a big flashing ad saying " it is not to late we can still deliver" this company is horrible and has put me in the dog house stay clear of these guys bad service bad contact bad delivery but they sure make it easy to buy from and guarantee everything. And don't even try and call to fix something or check on delivery. GO TO FTD ONLINE they have always been flawless and I would not have steered away but FTD was at least honest and said they could not deliver. Waste of money and waste of time!!!! BE AWARE if you want to stay married stay away from justflowers.com they are the WORST ….. Oh and it is not like they are cheap they were the most expensive for just 12 roses. "

"Warning Dont ever use a company called JUSTFLOWERS.COM they totally screwed valentines day for us, i paid them $300 to have flowers delivered to my wife and daughter and eve paid a additional fee to have them delivered before 1pm and no flowers have ever turned up today, no return call either to my emails and messages left on their phone system, These Guys totally Suck dont ever use them and let your friends know."
"My finace and I decided to order a bouquet from Just Flwoers for our dieing aunt who could go at any time, we wanted to make her smile... This was the absolute worst idea possible. They promised same day delivery, didn't happen. We called and they promised again and offered a "free upgrade" for the inconv. The flowers were never delivered, the upgrade cost another $10.00. The "co-managers," did nothing to show any concern but act as though we were the problem. I wouldn't suggest that anyone ever order from this company. FTD worked very well for another situation and we should have stuck with that."
"They are the most disgusting company to buy flowers from. They rip you off by charging you insane $7 phone fees and delivery fees that range from $10 up to $20 dollars and please do not order from them on sunday because 95% of the florists are closed and they will most likely not get your funeral,birthday,anniversary orders or any of them for a matter of fact. There customer service stinks they say that they are all the managers. yeah right they dont know the difference between the sky and the ground.They say that they are also local florists and that they have them nationwide. They use small town florists to do all there dirty work. They are a bunch of liars and scammers. Never buy from them. you are better off going to a local flower shop yourself"
"I wish I would have read the reviews first before placing my order. I had a previous experience with them and thought I would give them another chance. I spent alot of money on an arrangement and it looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers had added greenery and the were all droopy. I paid for the express delivery and they didn't make that either. The florist contacted the recipient and told them that they were behind so that ruined the suprise from the go. I sent them a picture of the flowers. Talked to a manager and all they wanted to offer me was a $5 discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me? They tried to say that the flowers were not that bad. I paid almost $100 for this arrangement and it looked like somthing I would have bought from a grocery store for $20. They will never get another order from me. Please take the time to review all reviews before placing your order!!!"
"For several years, I had sent flowers to my mother-in-law in North Dakota (I'm in New York) via Teleflora.com - which uses local florists. Never saw any of the flowers - but got very good reports - and always on time promised. Last year Teleflora advised that they no longer had an agent in Devils Lake. Last Thursday, I found Justflowers.com and they assured me that they likewise deliver via local florists and that there was no problem in delivery to Devils Lake. I explained that I wanted delivery for Easter Sunday. They recommended that I order Saturday delivery - which I did. I was immediately billed for $60.75. Surprised that I got no expected telephone thank you as of late this afternoon(Easter Sunday) - I called and confirmed my worst fears - No flowers - No notice - No phone call-- neither to the intended recipient nor myself! However, my credit card was billed! Customer service said that their florist was closed today but they would get back to me tomorrow. I told them I wanted my money refunded - not a promise of a later delivery date. I was told that I had to wait till they contacted the florist tomorrow. I will be calling local florists direct from now on - even if they don't have a website."
"I wish that I had read the reviews BEFORE placing my order with JustFlowers! I placed an order on 29 July for delivery on 30 July. Plenty of time for a company that promises "Same day delivery". I was notified the morning of 30 July that they could find no florist who could make delivery that day. However they did find one florist that could make a delivery on 1 August of a smaller arrangement for $30 more. When I called to cancel the order I got transferred from operator to manager to manager. After cancelling my order they called me back to say that (1) they had already charged my credit card (for the order that they could not fulfill) but that a refund would be reflected on my credit card in the next 2-3 business days and (2) they only process orders on the day of delivery so it wasn't their fault that they didn't know about a potential delivery/cost problem. Advice: NEVER order from JustFlowers."
"Listen to everyone's comments on this page......DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They want to charge me 2 SERVICE FEES, 2 EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGES, for delivery of 2 bouquets to the same address, same person, 40th b-day and make it 2 separate orders but on 1 credit card. What!!!! and don't fall into the $10.00 thing, it's a joke. It's not satisfaction for you it's always given in the first moments of speaking with them. This place stinks like all the crap they feed you over the phone and please don't ever believe you will ever get someone to tell you that the customer (you) is right. There is also no such thing as a "manager" on the line because they would be more compliant to the complaints and would be more knowlegable!!! Then the callbacks will begin with about 4 more of them telling you they are as high up as you can speak to (oh please, don't make me puke!)until your so flippin sick of explaining your situation you are blue in the face and still nothing is accomplished, and yes, you will yell and scream at them and still it is not their fault it is yours because the customer service rep is always right even though he never explained anything(didn't you know that?).
