"Ordered a gift basket at 9am today to get to my daughter at Land Between The Lakes. They said no problem. Then at 3:15 pm they called and said it could not be done. Now it is to late to get an arrangement sent. Very DISAPPOINTED!"
"I ordered a coffee sampler and paid for 2 day air delivery -- only to receive an email the tractor trailer truck had broken down and delivery would be rescheduled -- ordered on 11/9 and delivery is supposed to be 11/17 -- not my idea of 2 day air. What was a 2 day air shipment doing on a truck??After several phone calls I got a $10 credit back to my credit card but I will never use this site again."
"By far the worst customer service. It's a rip off and you shouldn't buy flowers from this online store. I decided you purchase flower and send them to my wife for her big 40th birthday. What I chose and viewed online, was this beautiful Golden Autumn Bouquet (which is how they list it). What she received was this horrible looking bunch of flowers, that were dying, and not even close to being the autumn colors. I called them up, and they said vendor they utilized substituted the flowers. I couldn't get my money back, since flowers were delivered, which means I lost a total of $104.05. I emailed them a comparison side by side picture of what my wife received & what they advertised. Only thing they were willing to offer, was a $15 coupon to use online for future purchase. They emailed me the coupon, and still screwed that up. The discount coupon they emailed me had a value of $7.50. Worst customer service and worst online flower shop. I'll never use them again."
"I ordered flowers from Just Flowers for a funeral out of town. After speaking to the family members later that week I was told that the flowers were never delivered. Luckily I had paid for this purchase with PayPal and they did an investigation and ruled in my favor. So I was issued a refund, not from Just Flowers, but from PayPal. They said they would deal with them. After opening the case I was contacted by someone from Just Flowers who was very rude and just came short of calling me a liar. Never will I consider doing business with this crappy business again."
"Never, Never again will I order from this company they said they deliver that day, they don't you'll be lucky to get it the next day because they seem to have difficulty finding people to deliver that is what I was told when I called them to find out what happen to my order. Not just that but she told me that if the patient left the hospital they will check for address well that did'nt happen either because she had to go back and get them after the hospital called her."
"Just Flowers SUCK!!!!! Do not use them.. Ordered flowers for same day delivery and they were never sent.. I was guaranteed they would be delivered the following day.. They never came the next day.. Called them up and they said they would check on the order and get back to me.. I might get the flowers 3 days late if i'm lucky."
"Wish I could post picture of what I ordered vs. what was sent via the local florist. Suffice to say they swapped out lilies for what looks for all the world like azalea blooms, and eucalyptus for leatherleaf fern (the cheapest green filler). They did get the 6 roses right. When I talked to customer service (outsourced, knew NOTHING about flowers), they thought their job was to CONVINCE me that I was wrong. And here I had helpfully provided pictures of both arrangements: catalog vs reality. Won't ever order from them again. Five years ago 1-800-Flowers delivered to the wrong address and refused to redeliver. . .haven't used them since. "
"Did you know that even though you can choose to pay an extra $5 for "Express Delivery before 1pm" they have no actual guarantee that this will happen? I didn't until today! It is cleverly hidden in the 'fine print' AFTER you pay for the flowers that they can't guarantee that... awesome. Spent all afternoon on the phone with them only to be told by two people & have three voicemails left on my phone all telling me "they are very sorry for that ma'am" but they can't guarantee that, so they can refund the $5. Why offer it if you can't guarantee it...? (Recipient was only going to be at the location of delivery until 4pm - I didn't want to take the chance that they wouldn't arrive in time, so I gladly paid the extra).On top of that, the flowers were literally NOTHING like the picture. I specifically chose a bouquet without lilies because they were used at my father's funeral and the recipient has a cat (lilies are HIGHLY toxic to cats). I get a picture of the flowers and can see two different kinds of lilies. The bouquet looks thrown together - half the flowers aren't anywhere near blooming, the other half are less than a day away from wilting. They didn't even manage to get the shape of the bouquet correct (the one I chose was very round - shape & flower choice was matched).Also, did you know that you can't actually leave a review on their website? You can somehow read other people's reviews but there is no way to leave one yourself.... That seems incredibly fishy to me.In addition, they were incredibly overpriced.... I guess that's the price of sending flowers to someone that lives 4000km away and having to rely on an online company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
"When ordering I asked if they could guarantee the flower availability because I was particular about the arrangement which was on their website. The order taker put me on hold, came back, and said there wouldn't be a problem getting the flowers I wanted and delivered as expected. The first day I got an e-mail telling me the order was delayed. I called & they used the excuse the available flowers weren't the best quality, but it would be delivered the next day. The next day I got a phone call telling me they couldn't get the flowers I requested and would I accept a substitute. 2 days late, for a birthday gift! When I told them to cancel the order, they offered me a $5.00 discount, then a $10.00 discount when I wouldn't accept the offer. NEVER again will I order from them!"
"When ordering flowers from Just Flowers I was told that I would receive $20 off. As it turned out the price was jacked up $20 over the price of another florist for the SAME EXACT floral arrangement. The same name and photo exactly! Then Just Flowers added twice the delivery charge as the other florist! After realizing this I had to repeatedly demand that my order be cancelled, while talking to a 'manager' that seemed determined to mislead me with lies. This type of deceptive advertising and should be illegal. At this point this business has no credibility and I'm hoping that I receive my payment back! "
"I just got off the phone with a customer server representative and I informed him that the flowers I sent to my sister were very disappointing! I asked for a credit for a future order and they said they couldn't do that! Well I told them that I would never order from them again and further more let my friends and family know that Just flowers is not interested in customer satisfaction at all!!! 1-800-flowers will be getting my business in the future as will all my family and friends"

"Worst service and quality of product I have ever received from a company. Horrible bouquet, was charged $20 more than I expected, and the customer service was awful. They questioned me constantly and kept insisting to prove me wrong. I will never use their service again."
"Very disappointed in the value for money spent. Merchant does not stand behind the customer by seeking a fair refund for arrangement that was delivered to a church for a memorial service at a value that was not equal to value paid. Carnations in lieu of lilies! Really? How is that justifiable? I did not think the flowers I ordered had made it to the funeral as I could not even find them because there was not an arrangement even similar to the one I ordered. In fact if it had not been for a member of the family thanking me for the flowers I would not have known. I went back to search for them and I felt sick to my stomach at the arrangement that was delivered. To make matters worse the family requested lilies so they could not donate them to the church for Easter Service. A friend removed the flowers as they could not be left at the church. The merchant said if flowers are at church they can have them exchanged for an equal value. A little late funeral was over as was Easter Service. Family back up north. the only thing the merchant would do after an email and several phone calls was offer a $30.00 refund compared to the $129 I spent for carnations in lieu of lilies. I would never use this merchant again!!!"
"Very dissapointing. WARNING = do not do business with this sub-par organization! My problem was not as severe as many of these reveiews I am reading. Still - I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my Elderly Mother - as I could not be there for the Holiday. They talked me into $10 more to get a slightly larger arangement. The flowers were nice and fresh - but only 60% of the size in the picture. This is especially frustrating when you pay extra for MORE than what you see. This is simply measured by counting stalks, etc. - and I really got ripped off!. I do not care enough to get on the phone - wait on hold and talk to some moron...... I did send an e-mail to complain. No response. I then filled out the e-mail survey they sent - it bounced back and undeliverable (multiple times)..... Fair warning! Steer clear of JUST FLOWERS! My case is not so severe - but I was not happy at all! "
