"what I ordered and what I received were worlds apart. I ordered the Abundant Beauty Basket and my mom received 10 pink carnations with some greenery. Thats it. The fax to the florist that they used did not have the words Abundant Beauty Basket anywhere on the page. They took it upon themselves to describe the basket as they saw it. The florist had no clue what this was suppose to look like.No picture to go buy no shape given, no NOTHING. They offer a satisfaction guarantee and after many many phone calls they will not remake the basket. They will not honor their own policy.I finally got one of the managers to redo the arrangement as long as my mom gave back the original one so I called her an d told her to give back the flowers when the new ones are delivered. She waited, and waited and no one came. Then I get an email saying they're going to give me a whole $10 credit for my inconvenience. But no new flowers.Now I have to tell my mom that what she has is her Mothers Day gift and thats it. I will never use this place again!!! EVER!!! You don't know how disappointed and angry I was. "

" I can only echo all the other reviews I am now reading, unfortunately, after the fact. Don't give Justflowers a penny ! The order was partially delivered, and with extra fees on top ! One very nice bouquet did arrive one day late, the day after Mothers Day, but without the chocolates and with extra fees that were not indicated on the Checkout page or anywhere else. On my third call attempt I finally spoke with a very apologetic operator who tried to give me ten dollars off the next order, as if ? She didn't understand I didn't want apologies, just part of the bill back. I was actually transferred to a supervisor who gave me a measly $15 back when all I was asking for was the $17 overcharge for hidden fees, on a late delivery none the less. So, No, Don't order from Justflowers !"

Basically I could just say "Ditto" to all the reviews I just read & wish I would have read before I ordered from this place.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day but although I paid a premium to have them there by Mothers Day yhey didn't come. Nor did they arrive on Mon, Tues or Wed. On THURSDAY - 4 days late - they delivered the WRONG flowers and they changed the message on the card!

To make matters worse, when I called to complain (after being on hold for hours & being hung up on several times)
They actually went back to her house & PICKED UP THE FLOWERS! (seriously!) telling my mom that I refused to pay for them! (although my account had been charged 3 days prior).

After several phone calls from various rude people who tried to blame me for the situation & offered no apology, I told them to reimburse my payment be done with it. Now they are insisting on charging me a delivery FEE for flowers that no one received!!

They are insane & have by far the worst service & the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. I can't even argue with them any more because I am so infuriated. Maybe thats their long-term business plan."

"Ordered mothers day flowers for my wife. It was a huge $65 bouquet on the picture. Well mothers day rolled around it never came. I called just to be hung up on over and over and never spoke to a single person. Called and called on Monday, they said it would come, finally it came Monday Night, all they gave me was 3 roses, 2 open lilies and a couple unopened lilies, just thrown in a vase not situated nicely or anything and no filler. OH OH and the card with my note was written on a half tore up piece of paper! Nice really nice! They still won't refund me!!!DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! "

"I also ordered flowers for Mother's Day with a Saturday delivery. Not only were they NOT delivered, but when you go to the website to cancel, they only give you an option for a later delivery date. I opted for the next day delivery and they sent me an email to confirm the rescheduled date...it's now Wednesday night and the flowers have not been delivered yet!!! This is the worst floral company ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM"

"I am another person who ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day weekend. I designated Saturday, May 12th, and by Sunday afternoon Pacific (she is in the Central time zone) they still had not arrived. I called that afternoon and was on hold for over 30 minutes and had to hang up. I sent an email, which was never replied to. They were eventually delivered sometime Monday morning and they sat there all day because my mom was at work.

I am getting the runaround. I asked for consideration, and they offered a $7.50 credit towards my next purchase. As if there would be a next purchase!!!"

"I agree with everyone here: DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM!!

I do have one piece of advice for people who have been scammed by this website and are attempting to get their money back, however. Don't try calling the 1-800 numbers they give you. Rather, use the online chat support at justflowers.com. It takes a long time, but it's not nearly as annoying as being on the phone, and they can't hang up on you. I was able to get my order cancelled in less than 30 minutes, as opposed to the day-long phone call that other people experienced with this awful company.

Like other reviewers said, they tried to offer me discounts instead of a refund, but I insisted on a refund. Then the online support person gave me the option of calling a 1-800 number or emailing them to finalize my cancellation, or she said she could call me. After having been hung up on multiple times be the 1-800 numbers, and not trusting that I would ever hear from them again if I emailed them, I gave her my number and told her to call me right away, which she (surprisingly) did. As soon as I got off the phone with her, I received an email confirming the cancellation of my order. There is hope for you if you've been scammed!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I did not get what I ordered or paid for! Customer service was terrible!! You will get the "run around" when you call to resolve your problem with them. They will not hold themselves accountable for taking your hard earned money and not providing the product they advertise! They are a "RIP OFF"! BEWARE!!!!! I ordered specifically red, white, and blue funeral flowers for my uncle who was a WORLD WAR II veteran and more than deserving of this respect and honor for his unselfish and courageous service to OUR country. They totally disrespected him with this incorrect and inept arrangement. The description was for "RED and WHITE" roses and add blue flowers. There was NOT ONE white rose at all and only 3 red roses. The rest was mostly carnations. AND not one BLUE flower!! To make it even worse - they didn't even put the bow in it that was listed in the description!! I even upgraded (PAID MORE MONEY!) my order for the blue flowers to be added! The filler in it was dry and looked terrible! They will not reimburse me for their poor excuse for funeral flowers!! Will NEVER use this company again!!!! Carolyn K "

"I wish I would've saw this website with all the horrible reviews before I even paid for the flowers. After I read the reviews I knew something bad will probably happen. To make a long story short, I ordered my flowers on Mothers Day, I figured they would be pretty busy, so I wasn't expecting the best service. I placed my order earlier that morning around 6:20am. Well 1:00 rolls around so I call my mom and ask did you get anything? She goes no, they will probably stop by later. I left my mothers around 5:00 and still no flowers. I check my messages the next morning and my mom text me " I got my flowers" I was relieved, until I called her and found out they delivered them to the wrong house 2 doors down. I'm like wow, at this time I was this place really does suck! the most they can do is refund $10.00 for the late delivery and I don't want to even deal with them over the phone for 10.00.. I would suggest ordering flowers with another company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, unless you don't really care about the person and don't care what time they get their flowers, and have your order delivered to the wrong house. I'm glad my mom liked her flowers, but she didn't even send me a picture of what they looked like, so maybe she saved me from having another heart attack because of these people. I'm happy that my mom got her flowers, but of course they would screw it up anyways!"

"Please don’t order from this place it's a rip off I order flowers from Mother's day and they never came and I had to jump through hoops to get my money back. I was told I would have a supervisor contact me back and no one ever did !!!"
