"Wish I could post picture of what I ordered vs. what was sent via the local florist. Suffice to say they swapped out lilies for what looks for all the world like azalea blooms, and eucalyptus for leatherleaf fern (the cheapest green filler). They did get the 6 roses right. When I talked to customer service (outsourced, knew NOTHING about flowers), they thought their job was to CONVINCE me that I was wrong. And here I had helpfully provided pictures of both arrangements: catalog vs reality. Won't ever order from them again. Five years ago 1-800-Flowers delivered to the wrong address and refused to redeliver. . .haven't used them since. "
"Worst service and quality of product I have ever received from a company. Horrible bouquet, was charged $20 more than I expected, and the customer service was awful. They questioned me constantly and kept insisting to prove me wrong. I will never use their service again."
"Very disappointed in the value for money spent. Merchant does not stand behind the customer by seeking a fair refund for arrangement that was delivered to a church for a memorial service at a value that was not equal to value paid. Carnations in lieu of lilies! Really? How is that justifiable? I did not think the flowers I ordered had made it to the funeral as I could not even find them because there was not an arrangement even similar to the one I ordered. In fact if it had not been for a member of the family thanking me for the flowers I would not have known. I went back to search for them and I felt sick to my stomach at the arrangement that was delivered. To make matters worse the family requested lilies so they could not donate them to the church for Easter Service. A friend removed the flowers as they could not be left at the church. The merchant said if flowers are at church they can have them exchanged for an equal value. A little late funeral was over as was Easter Service. Family back up north. the only thing the merchant would do after an email and several phone calls was offer a $30.00 refund compared to the $129 I spent for carnations in lieu of lilies. I would never use this merchant again!!!"
"Very dissapointing. WARNING = do not do business with this sub-par organization! My problem was not as severe as many of these reveiews I am reading. Still - I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my Elderly Mother - as I could not be there for the Holiday. They talked me into $10 more to get a slightly larger arangement. The flowers were nice and fresh - but only 60% of the size in the picture. This is especially frustrating when you pay extra for MORE than what you see. This is simply measured by counting stalks, etc. - and I really got ripped off!. I do not care enough to get on the phone - wait on hold and talk to some moron...... I did send an e-mail to complain. No response. I then filled out the e-mail survey they sent - it bounced back and undeliverable (multiple times)..... Fair warning! Steer clear of JUST FLOWERS! My case is not so severe - but I was not happy at all! "

"Do not use! I wish I had not.I ordered two dozen roses to be sent to my sister for her 50th birthday. Two days after the scheduled delivery date, they send me an e-mail saying they were "terribly sorry to inform you that due to the remote location of XXXXXX's residence, they would need an extra $15.00 to complete the order."Got that? Two days after the scheduled delivery, they come asking for more money. They had no problem completing and confirming the order and charging my credit card the previous week. By the way, my sister lives in the suburbs of San Antonio, the 7th largest city in the US. No exactly remote.I tried calling the customer "service" line and was consistently on hold forever.Terrible company."
"Terrible experience with this company. Ordered flowers for a same day delivery (to make an important event) and flowers never arrived. Called (sat on hold for 20 minutes and listened to the same two songs over and over) and finally talked with customer service. Was told that the tulips I ordered weren't available that day, so they said they'd be delivered the next day. I wasn't called, emailed or contacted about this issue, and the next day they didn't arrive either!! Had to call and wait on hold again (same two songs) for 25 minutes until finally reaching a live person and waited again for that person to contact the florist shop to see where the flowers were at that point. The worst company-wasn't offered anything for all the problems except a $7.00 credit towards another order. Yeah, like I'm going to reward this company with another order...."
"Terrible customer service (no one answers the phone!). Also, never got a confirmation that flowers were delivered (to a funeral!) after placing the order online. Will not use them again. Maybe that's all they do is "Just Flowers", and nothing else!!!"

"I ordered flowers for Valentines day (to be delivered on the 13th, the day before Valentines Day) & paid extra for them be in a red vase & another additional fee for delivery before 1pm (total order $115).The flowers arrived at 2pm in a clear vase & was not the arrangement I ordered. I tried 4 times to contact justflowers.com by phone leaving messages no one returned my call. I emailed them, no one responded to me email. I filed a complaint with PayPal that finally got them to re-send the correct arrangement (still not in the red vase I paid extra for). When I escalated the case with PayPal they finally contacted me only to offer a $10 refund!! Not even enough to reimburse the extra $32 I spent for a red vase & early delivery!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUSTFLOWERS.COM.....YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINED!!!!!!!"
"Do not use this business. Worst experience ever. What a joke of a company. Ordered flowers that never showed up and got charged for them. Made several attempts to contact them by phone and by email with no response. Can't even talk to anyone about my issue. No customer service what so ever. Apparently they are just a bunch of thieves."
"I live in the UK. I ordered a valentines bunch of flowers for someone special in the US. No flowers ... still today on 20th! They promised me refund of delivery costs at least. Nothing. they don't answer the 'phone or emails. I feel so embarrassed and disappointed and powerless .... what can i do? Nearly $100 of my money gone...."
"Horrible experience. I ordered on their website 10 days before Valentine Day. Nearly seventy dollars. My wife didn’t even get the flowers until the day after Valentine day on the 15th. I called their customer service and asked for a refund. They will not even call or email me. Also, the flowers they sent were rejects. Bruised, torn, wilting. The arrangement locally cost $19.95. What a rip off. What a bunch of crooks. NEVER use this company."
"just flowers & lies. what a bad time we had with just flowers when my wife ordered a wine and cheese basket for valentines day for me. first they said yes we can deliver it today on v.d. feb 14. it will be delivered by a local florist. a basket with wine ,cheese ,ect. a beautiful basket. i am living in a fla. she lives in n.c. well it never comes. hey did you get your gift? no i didn't. well i will call just flowers, ok i will to. cant get thru all day on 15 feb. email no luck . put on hold 10 mins then told by computer to call later. wife finally gets thru 8 hrs later. person says i will call you back in thirty mins. no call back. finally sat . 16 feb . i get a hold of someone,order still not here. tell her to refund money. oh no cant do that, will give you 10% off next order. there will never be another order . box finally comes,not nice basket as described. invoice says ordered on feb 15. one lie after another. box comes from mailing address in fla. plain cardboard nothing romantic about it. these people are a ripoff. never was a local florist. could have gotten the same thing from sams club for 1/2 the price. the sold my wife a romantic product to be delivered on a romantic day. but all we got was poor cust. service,lies and anger. the next letter will go to the bbb."
"I ordered a funeral spray on Feb 11, from justflowers.com, for the funeral of my son's father. The order was to be delivered on Feb 14, to the mortuary so the spray would be there for the viewing. By 7 p.m. on Feb 14, I had to run to a local florist and order a funeral spray from them which, thank God, that florist delivered at 9:00 a.m on Feb 15, in time to receive it 2 hours before the 11:00 a.m. funeral service. My 25+ calls on Feb 14 to justflowers.com NEVER allowed me to reach a live person, and messages (phone and email) were never responded to. Not only was their funeral spray NOT delivered until the following day (the day of the funeral -- Feb 15), they had the nerve to deliver it to the church when the funeral was almost over. Everyone, myself included, was HORRIFIED when the florist interrupted the funeral service, interrupted the Pastor's eulogy, to deliver the funeral spray. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life -- and I am 61 years old. This shows their utter lack of respect for the deceased, and for the bereaved family. I have requested a full refund, and if they do not refund my $282 for this order, I will go through my credit card company and have them handle. DO NOT USE JUST FLOWERS.COM."
