"Ordered an IPod and my credit card was charged with 48 hours, however 13days later I had not received any confirmation of shipment.. Item was shipped only after I contacted them stating that I was going to dispute the charge and file a mail fraud complaint.."

"We've ordered several things from Just Deals and almost every time there is a shipping delay or issue. The "item was real popular and is on back order" excuse is BS! Inventory systems know whether or not they have items in stock. My latest purchase was a Coby Tablet. Ordered on 4/27 and their website showed that a tracking number was generated on 4/29. No movement at all several days later and UPS tells me they never shipped it. So I'm assuming they generate a fake tracking number just to stall. I look today and a new tracking number is there so we'll see. AVOID JUST DEALS if you prefer competent shipping of your items!"

"ok this is the first review i have ever takin part in on 4/27 i purchaced a tablet for my wifes birthday witch is 5/2 tablet was shipped on 5/6 and recieved on 5/9 on arrivel the box had been opened and some one had tryed to get to internet on it be for her we only know this because the book had been opened and to the page trouble conecting internet we tryed to conect to internet and nuthing we even tryed to get a hot spot at 4 other places be for realising they sent a defective item to us and we think they knew this due to the box being opened and book being opened as well we spent 44.99 on tablet and return site is down so no prepaid returns are avalible so here goes 16.98 to send it back we included a note with tablet and reciept for shipping back to justdeals letting them know we r now out 61.97 and been almost three weeks if i known this was the case i would have never purchaced wifes bday present from them to good to b true will repost if they make it right but my hopes of giving wife a tablet are way down i put insurance and tracking because i dont trust them at this point so far DO NOT BUY "

"**Update..
They were quick to respond today and I was told the item that they gave me a tracking number for was never sent and back ordered.
I have asked for an immediate refund.

I logged on to check my order and it says no orders are found but they have charged me and sent me a tracking number. I have made many attempts to check on my order after no updates were made to the UPS tracking after many days. The number gives you an option to leave a voicemail but then does not let me any of the 10 times I have called. I have emailed this morning and hope they see this here and respond soon.
I will update when I hear from them."

"I ordered a tablet over two weeks ago. The charge 45 dollars immediately on my credit card, and yet I have not received my merchandise. I have send them emails and called them daily since the day I received a tracking number for the shipment. It looks like it never shipped. The tracking number they gave me indicated that UPS has not received the items. I am trying to be patient but I can't anymore. I will file a complaint against justdeals tomorrow at the Mass Dept. of consumer affairs and I also talked with a consumer specialist regarding this."

"I was thrilled to find a deal on a Kindle Fire and placed my order on 3-22-13. On 3-25-13, I recieved an email with a tracking number. Two days later, I got an email from UPS stating that my tracking number had been voided. I called the customer service number at JustDeals, and was told that my order was being shipped from an outside source and they would email me a tracking number as soon as they got it. It's now 4-9-13, and I have heard nothing. I've called and left messages, and nobody ever bothers to call me or email me. I am VERY disappointed, and as soon as this is resolved, I am going to unsubscribe from their updates and pass the word on Facebook and Twitter to warn others of the poor experience. I should have listened to my gut and sprung for the extra money and ordered directly from Amazon. As soon as the credit card company voids the transaction, that's exactly what I'm going to do. I will never shop with this merchant again, and I am going to warn everyone I know not to bother."

"One of the worst one day deals website. Paid for a tablet and was provided a tracking information. Couple of days later tracking was cancelled and got a response that I should be fine and getting my tablet soon as it was shipping that day and also will be getting a valid tracking number. 2 weeks later still no tracking number and customer service has not responded to numerous request for getting info on this. It's been over 3 weeks since this was ordered and this guys have nothing to say. Should have stayed with woot. Or anything else."

"I placed an order for a refurbished Kodak camera almost 4 weeks ago. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CAMERA AND NONE OF MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. NO WONDER THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE. AS I CAN SEE THERE ARE QUITE A FEW DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.


SO TODAY Just Deals emailed me to tel ME they sent me an email last week. They said that when I left a message they didn't write down my number correctly so they could return my call. THIS IS THE BEST PART: they told me that a whole pallet of packages were stolen from a UPS location.WOW! I'VE heard it all from this company now! And they asked me to email my phone number so they can contact me! Really????

"I am waiting to see what happens with my purchase of an HP laptop. There is no contact information listed for Just Deals, and I tried everything to find out about the $65 warranty. If it's only for a year or less, I requested that they NOT include it with my purchase as I can find an after-market one cheaper than that. So much would have liked to talk to someone! Nothing was mentioned in the listing about the length of the warranty. Sort of regretting the purchase, so may just cancel.
Completely satisfied now! Just deals called to tell me that the warranty is for 2 years. Yes! I'm following through with the purchase after all!

"Ordered a Toshiba portable DVD player. Works fine, came in 4 days which is good. I should have ordered two, my kids fight over who gets to pick the movie when we are traveling. "

"Will never oder again by just deals. The most of the items are crapp and not Deals. Seams like their could not get ridden of good because their do not work or not worth anything, so their put them on Just Deals. Shipping takes forever and customer service SUCK. My last order did not work and I try to get a prepaid lable to send it back. Hopeless. Yes make me pay $10 dollar in back and for shipping for a item of $10 Dollar. Does that not mean I am loosing out of money. Was the last time I used JustDeals. Just deals contacted me to let me know that my reviews was wrong and wants me to take it down . Than please explain where is the pre paid label. There is a labels , correct but when I went to the post office they sad I have to pay for shipping, your shipping takes absolutely to long and I will never order again . So what is wrong on this statement. And by the way I emailed three times and never got an answer"

"The tv I purchased did not function properly. I didn't receive shipment confirmation without having to ask for it (via MyPoints) and wait a week for a response. Even then I was not provided with the requested tracking information, only that my package had shipped. I had difficulty contacting them via MyPoints but it seems that MyPoints may be the problem. They had no issues passing the buck on to Just Deals. After a review that reflected just how upset I, Just Deals' Customer Service contacted me in a very timely manner and resolved the problem immediately. AND, despite my less than chipper attitude, the woman I spoke with was very sweet and understanding. Unfortunately, I still do not trust the mystery vendor who provided the allegedly refurbished tv. Though Customer Service was able to assist me in a very professional manner, I question their choice of business partners, MyPoints included. "
