I\u0027m reviewing now though, because one of the balls recently got a small pinhole in it--the child\u0027s fault--and when I contacted the company about how to best repair it, I got good advice but best of all, the promise that if the repair didn\u0027t work, Daniel had preauthorized a 50% discount on a new ball! I can\u0027t imagine what the negative comments are about because JumpingBalls.com has gone above and beyond for me and my grandchildren! Now all the adults in my family want their own Hoppity Balls and I just may have to buy them each one! "What an awesome product! We were overjoyed to have found a place that sells jumping balls in adult sizes. After about 2 hours of enjoying the great exercise, my son's jumping ball popped. While communication is slow, with this company, they did send a replacement ball out, once I was able to talk to them. In fact, we received the ball 2 weeks earlier than promised!! Clearly this is a small business, with a HIGH demand for an AWESOME product. I am pleased with the product, and yes, even the customer service. (which can be slow,at times, but they are SUPER friendly folks!!!) I say, buy the product... you won't regret it!!! Spread the word, tell your friends, buy a party pack and have fun with the entire family!!!"
