MY TWO COUCHES ARE MISSING!!
"Wow! I ordered and paid for two couches on Feb 21, 2017. They were shipped on March 6 to be delivered between March 8-13. They were never delivered, and there is no tracking on them. I have contacted them each day for the past three days and they tell me that they do not know where my couches are, but will let me know if they get any updates! I have asked for replacement couches to be sent to me since they cannot locate my couches, but most of the responses I get are that they will continue to monitor the situation. Today, I got no response to my email...I am not sure how two couches can be lost. However I am sure that since they already have my money, they could not care less that the couches were never delivered. It should be noted that my couches were sent from North Carolina and I live just a few hours away from where they were supposedly shipped from. What happened to my couches? And why isn't this company interested in fixing the problem???"
Nightmare company - stay away ordered and paid for bed Oct 2016 they said it might arrive April 2017
" I ordered a bed in October 2016- in November 2016 I called to ask where was my bed ( they promised 2 week delivery) They told me it was on back order ( I called them they never notified me ) They told me in December the bed was shipped and wouldn't arrive until January 2017 as their slow moving trucks come from California and it takes a month to get to Florida. I called them in February 2017to ask "where is my bed" they told me it was sitting in a warehouse in Miami. I called the warehouse to deliver and they told me that only 2 of the 3 pieces arrived. I call back Joss and Main and they told the third piece is on BACKORDER again until APRIL 2017 ...Meanwhile they asked me if I wanted a $100 discount because of the problems. Make not that it's ME contacting them - Horrible customer service and HORRIBLE company (companies) PLease listen to me when I tell you that this is the most stressful online order of my life. They could care less that I ordered and PAID for a Bed in October of 2016 and I will not get the bed now until APRIL of 2017 and I am sure something else will go wrong -- I am obviously giving up and canceling my order. Buyer Beware. Use Amazon Prime or another furniture store. The worst experience ever!
"This was the worst purchase ever!!!! Ordered in late November. Shipping updates were incorrect and when I requested updates, customer service said they would update me with a specific time frame (multiple times) and never did. When I called, they could not locate the shipment. It finally arrived 4 weeks late but was only 1/2 the ordered sofa (missing whole chaise) and delivery truck could not make it to my house so I had to transport myself. Repeated attempts to communicate with customer service to get the second half of the sofa again were met with no response. The second half arrived another 4 weeks late again with truck unable to make it to my house AND without the correct hardware (screws were not long enough). The couch itself arrived with dirt all over it even within the packaging. I do not recommend any purchase of the Kubo or Malcolm couch or any other product from Joss & Main or Wayfair. "
"TERRIBLE shipping and customer service at Wayfair & at Joss & Main (they are the same exact company and their invoices are even linked). We have been lied to about several pieces of furniture. One is a Pax Panel Patricia Beds that was promised to us in a few days, then pushed back several weeks. The delivery date now says December 8th but today is the 11th and no sign of the bed. They tell you that they aren't sure where it is and will let you know in 3 business days. The worst part though, is that we were waiting on a Woodland bunk bed for my 4 year old son as a Christmas gift because all he wanted was "a ladder bed" and now the delivery date changed from December 18th to January 9th. I'll never get him a bed as a gift now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM JOSS & MAIN. I'm also going to write a google review because this company is terrible. Tried to use them to furnish my entire new house, and it has been one thing after another and I'm waiting on them with no help from customer service. Only gave one star because i had to. Should be ZERO! We are ready to move in to our new house we built before the holidays, and we have no beds!"
Ordered a Christmas Tree and Never Received it!
"Bought a Christmas Tree and never got it! Ordered November 7 for delivery on November 23.If I could give zero, I would. When I ordered it was supposed to be delivered on Nov 23. Then on that day it showed Nov 24. Now it shows Monday. I was very, VERY, concerned this tree had been sitting in a box for 9 days, not to mention they have ruined my decorating plans with my family. After three different people and being hung up on twice, I worked with someone for 2 hours! They could not get a tree here any earlier than mid-December so she issued a refund. She said they would still deliver the tree since it is in the next town and if it was salvageable, I could use it. Because of this, I did not order another tree from anyone.Today, Monday after Thanksgiving, when it was to be delivered, I see it was physically on the FedEx truck Saturday and they pulled it off in order to send back to the vendor. This was done without notifying me! Now I have no tree!!Because of their thoughtlessness, I have missed the window for most fresh delivery places and will not be able to receive a tree until 10 days before Christmas. Merry Christmas to me! Thanks for nothing Joss and Main."
"still waiting on my item almost a month after it was supposed to be delivered.the customer service people didn't really care to even send me overnight, and they could have.now it's been 2 more weeks and still nothing.i can't take this anymore.i was a returning customer and now i will let everyone know not to buy from them."

The light was on a great sale, it was a brand I knew to be high quality that my work also sells. It had the features, shape, size, everything and, I was given 2 day shipping for free. My friends agreed it was gorgeous and well worth the $180."

"UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST: The latest in the disappointment from Joss & main/Wayfair started last Friday, 6/10/16, when I was supposed to finally get my couch. Again, I took a half day off work for delivery (which I wouldn't get PTO for). However at 7:00 in the morning THE DAY OF, I got a phone call from the warehouse saying they had lost my couch (WTF!!!), they would call me when they found it and deliver it either that day Friday or the following day, Saturday. Never heard from them so I called the warehouse back to check on the status and then called Joss & Main later that day. I was told someone would call me back which once again didn't happen. As of Saturday, I cancelled my order and was told I would hear back from someone about my refund within 1 business day. And you guessed it! That never happened either. I just called... again... 3 business days later to get someone to process my refund, which I need since I found a very similar couch at Value City Furniture for the same price and that will deliver on the weekends so I won't have to take any more time off work. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH JOSS & MAIN/WAYFAIR!ORIGINAL POST: I'm very frustrated with Joss & Main/Wayfair!!! When all's said & done, I will be out an entire day's pay, out $100 for shipping fee, been ignored by Joss & Main/Wayfair, nothing to sit on in my living room for over a month & when I have a party on Memorial Day; my guest will have to sit on the floor. I ordered a couch in April, I ended up paying $664. The couch was delivered to my local warehouse pretty fast, but my "Account Manager" Brittany called to tell the dust cover on the bottom had a "small" tear. I asked that it be fixed before delivery to me & she said it would be, then someone would call to schedule delivery. When I got that phone call I was told that they only deliver between 2-6pm Mon-Fri, so now I had to take a half day off work, loose half my income for that day in order to be home for this delivery.The day came, I was home by 2pm, & I waited until 5:30pm when I got another phone call saying the truck was late but they would get to my home no later than 8:00pm. 9:00 is when the truck pulled up, the guys looked at me & said "You don't want this couch. They told us you would refuse it, but to bring it to you any way". WTF?! Not only was the dust cover NOT fixed, but you could see a broken piece of wood with nails sticking out, and the packaging was torn to shreds! A replacement has shipped but it won't reach my local warehouse for a couple more weeks. I asked for a rush order, have spoken with numerous people, told Brittany would call/email me, and asked for a price match since the same couch was listed for $200 less than what I paid when all this happened. Oh yeah, I have to take another half day for delivery. This is a complete waste of time & money. Whatever you do, buy your furniture somewhere else."
Don't honor prices listed, purchased and paid for item.
"BUYER BEWARE! They list items for a low price then after you have paid for the item they contact you via email to notify you the the price for the item is actually higher. Won't honor price listed. I won't give them any more money due to I paid the price it was listed for. Still waiting on a refund. I think that they run a Bait pricing scam!!!"

"Ordered 2 dressers over 3 weeks ago. Still have not received them. Get a different delivery date and excuse every time I ask about delivery. It shouldn't take a month to ship from CA to AZ.I am finished with these idiots."

"I consistently find great products and great prices at Joss and Main. The biggest "con" is that you don't get much time to decide if the items really work for you because they can sell out in the blink of an eye. By the time you check your color, size, space etc there is a good chance the item is no longer available. However, the customer service at any of the Wayfair retail partners is simply unmatched by any company in business today and their shipping prices are great so returning an item that doesn't work is a breeze. They've even arranged to have items (that I'm returning) picked up at my house when I couldn't take them to a mailing facility. "
