"I ordered watch in this website and I used a coupon from their website but it never applied the coupon. I went and placed the order and wrote a email asking them about applying the coupon and the CSR never answered my question straight and took him to reply after multiple emails. I cancelled my order, worst customer service and they dont honor their own coupon from their own website. I will never buy again and recommend this seller to anyone. Stay away"

"I ordered a Raymond Weil Maestro watch as a deal of the day (3/20/13). The watch I received did not have bright blue hands as was pictured (and as I have seen in jewelry stores)so I called to confirm the correct watch was shipped as mistakes sometimes happen. I spoke to someone that asked me to talk a photo and email it and they would make sure it was correct. This seemed very helpful and I sent the email. But then I never heard back, so after Joma reopened after passover, I called customer service again. This time I got someone rude, who would not even look for or look at the email and told me that the pictures on line are enhanced to make the watch appealing and did I remove the cover on the face of the watch. There was no cover on the watch face or back when I received it and the tag was a tag looped loosely on the band so matching this tag number to the model ordered did not give me comfort that the watch was the same. I asked the gentlemen to look at the photo I sent and he refused and told me if the model number matches then just send it back if I don't like it. I have ordered from Joma before, but may never do so again, I should not be treated rudely by customer service when I am trying to confirm something simple, and I said I you don't have to be rude when I am asking a question. And then I was not provided his name when I asked, there was a pause and then the line was hung up.
I wanted to update this because I was contacted by another member of customer service and they have now looked at my photo and said it was an error and are working to fix it - thank you JomaShop - Levi & Lada- for restoring my expectations."

"Ordered 3 watches. They were on the low end, but I'm a collector, so this was a test.
Currently own Concord, Bertolucci, Maurice LaCroix, but I bought a Gucci for my wife &
two Haurexes. One Haurex was obviously a return. Second hand was supposed to go
to 12 @ reset or using chronograph. It stopped @ 3 seconds. I know it was a
returned item since the second one had packaging on the clasp & a plastic
guard on the crown to preserve the battery. The bad watch was heavily discounted, but this is annoying
on a $600 + purchase. Future purchases depend on response to this review."

"I placed a order 2012/01/29. After 1 day they ask me to send the a copy of my id and credit card. A sent it. And after 2 days the canceled my order without any explanations.
After another 3 days order status became shipped. They gave me a tracking number.

"I ordered a watch from jomashop.com. The watch I selected was advertised as "usually ships between one to two business days". I was purchasing the watch for my boyfriend's birthday in a week. As of his birthday, I had not received my purchase let alone a tracking number or an order status. Due to the fact that it was Saturday, I was not able to contact customer service. I called customer service today, Monday January 21 at 11:50am. I was caller #3 in line with a 5 minute wait time. I waited 10 minutes, became first in line and was disconnected when the customer service representative picked up the line. I immediately called back and became customer #10 in line with an approximate 6 minute wait. I waited 18 minutes for a representative to answer. I explained my frustration with the company for not even providing me an order status for over a week, and the failure to deliver my product I purchased. The representative again placed me on hold and determined that the company had to order the watch from somewhere else. She also stated that there were some in stock at the time I placed my order but they went to other customers. If I had been contacted by customer service and told that my purchase wasn't in stock, I would have NEVER purchased from that company! I'm furious that no one contacted me to tell me there was an issue with my purchase. The customer service representative explained that if I wanted to know if the watch was in stock, I should have called. If they are not able to fulfill all customer needs online, they should not allow customers to order online. Furthermore, its not my responsibility to determine if an item is in stock, its the company's responsibility to contact me! This is an example of horrible customer service! If they had been straight forward with me from the day I received my order confirmation, I would not be writing these reviews."

"I snagged a great deal from Jomadeals.com on Nov 20, 2012. It was a Tissot 0274171705100
which retails in Canada for up to $995, full price. It was $285 with shipping. I was fortunate enough to be going to Florida the last week of November and they shipped promptly. Considering it was US Thanksgiving, the item shipped the Wednesday and arrived a week later. I even had questions responded to via email in less than an hour! That is amazing! Thank you so much!"
