"Horrible customer service from this place. I had to call over a dozen times to make a return sicne they repeatedly failed to follow up on their word. They were supposed to email me a return label, two different times I was told to check my email in an hour. Days later still nothing, called again and was told it would be sent by mail and that it was actually being put in the mail that day. A week later nothing, no mail no phone call. Called back again to be told they actually can't send a return label but I could pay to ship the return, even though their policy is that return shipping is paid via the supposedly included return label.

After waiting more than a week after my reutrn arrived and still nothing I finally make a call to check on the return. I am told to check eail for refund confirmation in two days. That same day a supervisor calls to say actually I can't be refunded just store credit. This after talking to a dozen people who all never mentioned a problem with getting a refund.

I will NEVER buy anything from this place again they are utterly incompetent and simply don't care, it's as simple as that."
