I did some research on this and found out, through anecdotal evidence, that Joe\u0027s was in Australia and that they don\u0027t have the same standards so the meds are substandard (one person with a competing company said it was illegal...)<br><br>I emailed Joe\u0027s about this issue to make sure I wasn\u0027t breaking the law in the US and to find out about the quality. Here\u0027s what they wrote back:<br>--------------------------<br>All of the products listed on our web site including Frontline, Advantage, Advantix, Revolution and Heartgard are exactly the same as the products you would purchase locally. In fact they are even made in the same factories to exactly the same specifications and then simply packaged for different geographic markets. There may be some minor packaging differences such as weights listed in KG\u0027s rather than lbs where the target market has the metric system.<br><br>We understand that your concern for your pets welfare is your first priority (as it is ours) so if you don\u0027t feel 100% comfortable with your purchase then return it and we will offer you a full refund upon receipt.<br>----------------------------<br><br>I placed an order for Heartgard Plus and Frontline Plus (saving about 50% off other site\u0027s prices) and it took 10 days to arrive from Australia. This is the same stuff I saw at Petsmart, only significantly cheaper.<br><br>I\u0027m not employed with Joe\u0027s or any other pharm. provider. I expected the order to take several days to arrive due to it coming from Australia and made another smaller purchase here in the states. But amazingly Joe\u0027s airmail shipment arrived at my house the exact same day as my other purchase! The only thing that unexpectedly happened was that I was hit with a 3% foreign exchange rate from my credit card company. So it would be a little better if Joe\u0027s would accept US Dollars as payment. "No problems ordering from Joe's. Rec'd everything in good condition and in the time frame that was given to me. Prices were lower than any where else on the internet and of course lower than my local veterinarian's prices. Ordered Advocate for my dogs and Revolution for my cats. So far, no fleas so I'm sure it is working. Will buy from again."
