"All around awesome!! Everything you look for in a retailer, great products, great prices and most importantly... CUSTOMER SERVICE, Both friendly and speak ENGLISH, now there's a concept!

Not to mention, they have FREE SHIPPING over $90 orders and when you break $100, they give you a JoeBob TShirt FREE as a Thank You. They also have discounts for LEO/Military.. All around a great company to do business with."

"Ordering from this site is almost surreal. They have good stuff in stock at great prices and will not let you check out unless an item is available. What really blew me away is how friggin fast joe bob was at responding to my e-mails regarding my order. So fast i thougt it was an automatic reply. I bougt a gun via bud's once and actuall got my gun quick but from what i see on reviews i may have been lucky. I am now a joebob customer for life."

"I have nothing but great things to say about Joe Bob Outfitters. With the current crunch and supplies seeming to disappear, Joe Bob Outfitters not only had all my items in stock but shipped the order in less than 48 hours. I qualified for free shipping and I had my order in a matter of days. Awesome customer service and order fulfillment. 10 out of 10 for me."

"Wow, totally blown away by this company. In a time where guns are scarce and I can't get anyone on the phone or e-mail - Joe Bob outfitters made sure to stay with me through the whole process.

I am new to the sport and this is my first gun purchase (M&P 9mm Range and Carry Kit). I couldn't get through by phone to ask about the process of purchasing in another state - but I followed their FAQ and trusted that "If you can get to check-out, we DO have it in stock, there will be no backorders". I purchased on faith (as others have guns for sale online but don't have them in stock).

The next morning i left a voice mail and an e-mail asking if they had all their need and to confirm it was in stock. Not only did they reach out to me almost immediately, upon learning I had never done this before - they kept tabs on me and made sure all questions were answered until my new pistol arrived.

Heck they are in another state, and I am now checking them first before my own local gun shop.

Very impressed, keep up the good work."

"Placed an email alert for items out of stock. Received notification, placed order and was extremely happy with entire transaction. Nice to deal with an online retailer that is not gouging their customers due to current shortages. Will definitely continue to deal with this top notch firm."

"Joe Bobs is consistently the best online retailer out there. The shipping is fast and customer service is incredible. I once ordered a few odd items for various rifles. They contacted me to make sure my order was correct, as some of the parts did not go together. Joe Bobs has EARNED my loyalty as a customer."

"One of the best online gun stores. Living in Hawaii some people think we are not part of the USA, and think that they can charge us a crazy amount of money to ship an item. There are some places out there that love to say we only ship the the lower US. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Anyway I ordered a Savage arms Mark II FV .22 LR, they sent it USPS Priority mail on Monday and I on Friday. The shipping was $20.00 not $70.00 like most places. I would like to thank Joe Bobs Outfitters for being more than fair on the price and the shipping, you guys are truly awesome.

"Had a terrible online experience. They cancelled my order after I paid and received email receipt. Said item was in store pickup only, and I should have known that. I have the receipt with charges for shipping their site allowed me to pick. Again, I would like to stress, I was allowed to pick a shipping option and it was on my invoice. More than happy to share it. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Terrible service. Apologized for inconvenience but made no effort to make it right. Should not process transactions then tell customer too bad in my opinion. If a product is "in store only" shipping and online payment should be disabled as it is on the websites of basically every other company that has an online sales division. However, in store only was in a drop down box with a shipping option. I chose shipping and paid. The sales rep can say what he likes but their site allowed the transaction and they should have honored it.

Update: I got rounds .20+ less at another retailer. Worked out, but I will continue to tell anyone who will listen how awful these folks were to deal with. Made it very clear, EVERY customer isn't important enough to keep happy. They were rude from first response, and I responded in a like manner. Horrible experience. "

“Customer knowingly ordered a product online that was clearly marked as In Store Pickup. Customer was not given a valid shipping option, and then was upset, after knowingly ordering said product. Order was canceled at that point (within 1 hr of being placed) and customer was notified via email of order cancellation. The customer's credit card was authorized automatically at the time the order was placed, but never charged.

Customer essentially tried to commercially extort us to save negative reviews regarding some perceived wronging; he received. We treat all customers equally and fairly, and as such, we don't give in to commercial terrorism.

Customer made several comments to the extent of:

-I spend all day in front of my computer, I’m going to make sure I set aside some time everyday to give you a bad review somewhere-”
