"Great company to deal with. Customer service is excellent, shipping is fast, and prices are very competitive.

During my last purchase, I was promptly informed every step of the process and the order when through very easily. The sales people are even very willing to help you if you don't even show particular interest in their products.

"I ordered a set of BMW 335i coupe painted reflctors from JLevi and they shipped them out to me, and they landed at my door before the UPS shipment was supposed to arrive! The paint match is perfect for my Montego Blue coupe!

This time I ordered a set of rims on Michelin PS2s. I spoke with Nick and ws worried about getting my order during my winter break. He said he would do everything he could but it looked like the earliest I would get them was January 6th and I needed them before that to get them installed. I also could not afford expedited shipping as I was expending myself for this purchase. I got my DHL tracking number and it stated the rims would be on my doorstep January 3rd! Whatever these guys are doing, they are doing it right, no doubt about it! They set you up with everything you need and make recommendations based on their experiences an are totalling out there to help the customer in anyway possible!"

"They sell poor quality merchandise for top dollar. No customer support. I purchased flash drive and case was broken upon arrival. However, after multiple emails to get RMA, they do not respond. Stay away!"

"All I can say is that I am very disappointed in everything with this company. I got there and got the most unprofessional service. The sales associate did not have one clue what he was talking about and he lied straight up to my face. Quality of product is terrible also. "

I am not sure why you feel you received inferior service. As far as I can recall, when you came, we explained the wiring to you, showing you exactly what had to be done to make the items work, despite the fact that your installer had cut off the connectors and modified our product. Also, I recall my sales representative giving you "two for one" discount on some of the parts you needed to repair this installation.

I am not aware of any lies that were told, but am very concerned to know why you feel you were mistreated or lied to. My sales representative called you a few moments ago but could not get through. Please give us a call or email immediately so that we may resolve this in an amicable and satisfactory manner.
