I am not sure why you feel you received inferior service. As far as I can recall, when you came, we explained the wiring to you, showing you exactly what had to be done to make the items work, despite the fact that your installer had cut off the connectors and modified our product. Also, I recall my sales representative giving you "two for one" discount on some of the parts you needed to repair this installation.
I am not aware of any lies that were told, but am very concerned to know why you feel you were mistreated or lied to. My sales representative called you a few moments ago but could not get through. Please give us a call or email immediately so that we may resolve this in an amicable and satisfactory manner.
