I was in the market for some M6 reps and contacted various venders on this site. From start to finish, NIck and Kenny from Jlevi SW were extremely helpful and PATIENT with me. I had numerous questions and they would always get back to me right away! I'm sure I even became a pain in their ass at times but they kept working with me and gave me the best service and price anywhere!  
I ordered these on 4/24/08 and I recieved them on 4/30/08! This shipment came from cali to philly in 3 days!!!(it was shipped on monday and delivered to me Wednesday!!!) I was told it would take closer to 2 weeks(10 business days) but I was amazed to see them yesterday!

There was an error in the product in one of my previous orders, but Jlevi took care of it promptly and professionally, i was amazed! I've only had one other online company that cared about its customers so much.

All I can say is that I am very disappointed in everything with this company. I got there and got the most unprofessional service. The sales associate did not have one clue what he was talking about and he lied straight up to my face. Quality of product is terrible also.

I ordered a set of BMW 335i coupe painted reflctors from JLevi and they shipped them out to me, and they landed at my door before the UPS shipment was supposed to arrive! The paint match is perfect for my Montego Blue coupe!  
 
This time I ordered a set of rims on Michelin PS2s. I spoke with Nick and ws worried about getting my order during my winter break. He said he would do everything he could but it looked like the earliest I would get them was January 6th and I needed them before that to get them installed. I also could not afford expedited shipping as I was expending myself for this purchase. I got my DHL tracking number and it stated the rims would be on my doorstep January 3rd! Whatever these guys are doing, they are doing it right, no doubt about it! They set you up with everything you need and make recommendations based on their experiences an are totalling out there to help the customer in anyway possible!

Navigating JLeviSW's website was very easy, and the layout makes finding parts a snap. The ordering process was also very painless on their website, unlike many other companies I've dealt with and purchased from. My order took a little longer to process, more than likely due to the holiday season, but they even shipped it out FedEx for the same price I paid for USPS priority mail. I will surely look to JLeviSW to purchase products from in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for aftermarket and OEM automotive parts.

Shipping was fast but what makes this company great is they have ALWAYS taken care of me for any warranty issues. Angel Eyes DDE ballasts went out on me twice and they replaced them. My HID ignitor went bad and they replaced them. Great service. Especially Nick...always have been the one to take care of me.
