On 4/30 I placed an order on Dizbee. I paid with Paypal, but when it transferred back to Dizbee, the site said there was a problem with the transaction. I tried again, same thing. Well, the next morning I noticed 2 paypal charges against my checking account. I waited a few days but there was still some website trouble.
This morning, I checked again, and noticed no pending orders on my account. I emailed the Dizbee customer support around 11am. By 4pm, I had received a response saying that there were some problems during a website transition. All charges had been reversed on Paypal PLUS they said they would ship me one of the item free for my trouble. 5 hour respone - not bad.
Sometimes, crap happens. I like they way this has been handled..."
"I will never order from Dizbee again. I had ordered several items from Dizbee with no problems. The quality wasn't great but I didn't expect great with such low prices. On 11/27/12, I ordered a Talking Parrot. I wanted it for a funny gift for a co-worker. It arrived, but didn't work. I emailed multiple times with no response. On one of the emails, I included my phone number and received a call from Dizbee. The Customer Service representative apologized, stated that he would refund my money, send a new Talking Parrot, and include a postage paid container so I could return the broken parrot I didn't receive a refund and I didn't receive a new Talking Parrot. I still have the original broken Un-talking Parrot. I shop online all the time and I've never had such poor customer service. I plan to tell my story about Dizbee often. I know I always read the comments left by others"

I order from Dizbee.com somewhat regularly (have placed 5-7 orders in the past year), and I have generally had good experiences. The Shipping is somewhat slow (not always, though), but the prices are great! I've only had one product not be in my hands within two weeks (most are faster). I wish they were a bit more consistent with their fast shipping, but the prices usually cannot be beat!"
"DONT DO IT !!!!! I placed my first order with them about a month and a half ago. After not hearing anything from them after they had my payment for two weeks, I filed a Paypal dispute against them. Not two hours after I filed the dispute, ABE emails me and says that they have had email problems and are working on shipping out my order. For my problems, ABE said he would send some freebies with the order to make up for the problem . I received the order shortly after that, but of course , THERE WERE NO FREEBIES (no big deal, at least I got my order) .... I took a chance on them again about three weeks ago, and OF COURSE, I have heard NOTHING ! No replies to emails or anything, BUT THEY SURE TOOK MY MONEY FAST !! Sooooooooooo, I filed ANOTHER Paypal dispute a week ago and have yet to hear anything .......I also see now that on their website, I cannot access my invoice number anymore, due to them removing the invoice number from all our order details. Could this be removed because we need that number for the resellerratings review ????Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ....Long story short, If you want to throw your money away, spend HOURS fighting with them and Paypal to get your money back, THEN ORDER FROM DIZBEE or JIZBEE !!! If you DO order from them, I have no choice but to tell you I TOLD YOU SO, after you NEVER receive your item or your refund......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ........ ( freekshow )"
"I don't know the below reviews....obviously someone who probably works for them.... I got 2 toys....shipped in a bag...one got broken...gee I wonder how. I have emailed them now three times....have not received 1 response back....no credit ...nothing they suck

"I ordered a bunch of temporary Halloween tattoos on 10/11/12 to stuff the treat bags we hand out on Halloween. On 10/19 I got an email saying they were shipped. After checking the tracking information several times, the info never changed. I tried emailing the company on 10/27, with no reply in a reasonable amount of time. They finally responded on 11/2 with some mass generated e-mail blaming hurricane Sandy. I finally disputed the transaction via Paypal, since the items have never been shipped. I gave them many chances to make it right. Their customer service sucks, or is completely absent! I won't be doing business with them again. I caution you from doing business with them as well. UPDATE. The owner personally called me at home to fix the situation. He refunded my money and sent substitute product and bonus items for my trouble. The original shipment finally arrived as well. I feel that their efforts to correct the situation outweigh the inconvenience that I was put through. So, I retract my statement about never doing business with them again."

"SEE UPDATE AT BOTTOM!! On 10/10 I ordered Halloween Temporary Tattoos. On 10/11 I ordered Halloween Stickers. On 10/11 I received an email with tracking info (both items shipped together.) The tracking info never changed from "electronic shipping info received." I contacted them via email on 10/19, and received no response. I contacted them again yesterday (10/22) informing them I would leave a negative review and requesting a refund (or shipment) and still no reply. What am I going to do with Halloween treats AFTER Halloween? My next step if I don't hear from them is a dispute with Paypal. I'm only out $4.19 in total, but it's the principle... I gave them one star, only because zero stars was not an option. Now I'll watch for their response to make it look like they care- **UPDATE: After disputing this transaction with Paypal, I got an Email from Abe at Dizbee asking me to call him directly, with number provided. When I called, he explained that their email has had problems since they changed the website's name from Jizbee to Dizbee. He says he never got my first two emails, and the first notice he had of the problem was the Paypal dispute. (Which he responded to within a half-hour!) He offered to make it right, and sent the items by priority mail so I would get them by Halloween. He even offered to send a gift for my troubles. I admit I was cynical, and I'm glad I gave him a chance to explain. I'm happy to have the chance to set the record straight! Thanks! "

"I have been a long time customer of Dizbee.com. Whenever I ordered things, they always arrived fast. But this time I had a problem with the laser clocks I have ordered. When I wrote to them, they quickly and fully refunded me without a question. As aways, I would never doubt shopping at Dizbee.com"

"The item I was sent was pretty flimsy, and it ended up being broke to the point where I couldn't use it. I contacted customer service, and within 24 hrs I got a reply...."we've credited back the amount you paid..no need to send item...do what you would like with the item...." Can't beat that !!!"
"I contacted Dizbee to ask how to order one of each bobble head dog. They responded that I could and personally made sure. I have used Dizbee(Jisbee) before and find them very responsive. The orders arive quickly and have always met my expectations."

"3/26/12 I must edit my review. The problem was hardly Jizbee's fault, USPS mishandled the shipment, it was not the first time that USPS has flubbed an order for me. Jizbee was in touch with as soon as they learned of the problem. The item arrived the day after my review. In hindsight, I think Jizbee is a pretty good online retailer. I'm going to scan their site often from now on.
Placed order March 8, 2012, it's now 13 days later 8:40PM, what could they have been doing for 13 days, checked usps tracking they say they tried to deliver at 6:24PM, I've been home all day, there is no delivery notice failure on the door, don't know where they tried to deliver it. If Jizbee had sent it out promptly, maybe I would have received it by now. I won't be back to Jizbee again and pay for this inconvenience. I'll try calling them soon."
