"I was SO happy with this company! I honestly couldn't recommend it more! Their website was set up SO well! I had a small problem checking out, so I emailed them and their customer service was fantastic! Fast, polite, and so helpful! Thanks Sandra! ;)
Their prices are good, shipping was fast, and I LOVE the product! It was so beautiful! A few small blemishs, but nothing to worry about. I LOVE this company!!"

"My daughter and son-in-law gave my a Jewlr charm to commemorate the birth of their son,(my first grandchild). I will cherish this charm for the memories it brings of these first joyful and rewarding months with my grandson and his oh-so-tired and very patient parents. Lynn"

"I purchased a mothers ring, Crossover Accent Multi Band Mothers Ring
(JWL0119-10KY) I found your website doing a google search for a 7 stone
mother ring. Yes, I have 7 children and finding a ring that holds that
many stones is difficult. I settled on my design and ordered.
I absolutely LOVE my ring!! I have received many compliments on my ring and everybody that sees it likes it as well.
My ring shipped out very quickly and arrived 1 1/2 weeks before you
scheduled date of June 14th. I will gladly recommend your website to
family and friends.

"Ordered a family ring for my girlfriend. Found Jewlr.com on line. Great web site, great selection of rings. I was able to customize the ring (material & stones) and see the results on line. The ring came well before the estimated arrival date and was exactly as ordered. Very nice packaging. Free shipping was great. My girlfriend loved the ring. I would not hesitate to order from them again. "

"Purchased the Hydra-Multi-wave ring for my mom on Mothers Day. Very quick and easy to customize to add each child's engravings and custom birth-stones to the order. Surprisingly it came 2 days before the estimated date. The ring is absolutely beautiful. Mom cherished it! Thanks Jewlr.com!"

"Me and my girlfriend just graduated law school together and I wanted to get her something that we could both have as a symbol of our accomplishment and what we have been through together these past few years. I bought us matching his and hers type rings and my girlfriend was really happy about them. The online selection and personalization process was really easy and the shipping was pretty quick too. The cost was really reasonable especially considering you get exactly what you want personalized and everything. I would definitely use this site to buy another gift in the future."

"What a user-friendly website!! Buying custom jewelry has never been so easy. Ever. You can create your own designs right on the website, and you can actually see them before making your purchase.

As far as e-commerce goes, these guys really know what they're doing! This is my go to website for Mother's Day, Anniversaries, etc.

"Short story: Poor customer service.

Long story: I ordered a ring for a woman who had just recently had a baby. It took a week to arrive, which means we had only 23 days (not 30) from that point to determine if it should be resized. Because of pregnancy related swelling, the ring was tight. She waited 3 weeks to see if the sizing would be correct after the swelling subsided. She called them a few times before the end of the 30 day window and no answer. She finally was able to communicate with them on the 32nd or 33rd day and they said they would no longer provide the free resizing. We explained our situation and pointed out that in our opinion this was bad customer service and that we were making a reasonable request. They still refused to do the free resizing (they did offer 50% discount on resizing).

On a positive note, she was very happy with the appearance of the ring."

I have looked at the details of your order and all the interactions with our customer service team. You ordered this ring at the end of 2012 and as you state in your review, you requested resizing at the end of the free resizing period. Our policy is to provide free resizing for 30 days after shipment.

That being said, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and in most circumstances our policy is to take into account any extenuating circumstances and adjust our policy accordingly. The customer service manager who dealt with your situation offered a significant discount to our resizing fee at the time. They probably should have given you the benefit of the doubt and extended our resizing policy in your case.

A senior manager has attempted to contact you to discuss this matter further.”

"I bought my Mom an infinity ring for Mothers Day. I had really never purchased jewelry on the Internet but a friend from school told me about Jewlr.com. I searched the reviews and was impressed that they took the time to respond to people.

My experience with Jewlr.com was amazing. My Mom was so impressed that I personalized a ring for her. She said it was the best Mothers Day gift she ever got.

"My husband surprised me on Mother's Day with a beautiful charm bracelet and the happy boy charm. The charm was engraved with my newborn son's name and birthday and also had his birthstone. Since I am a new mom this gift was perfect because not only was it gorgeous but it was also incredibly meaningful to me. I smile every time I look down at my wrist and can't wait to add more unique charms to my bracelet. "

"My husband ordered a custom Mother's Day ring, prior to Mother's Day, and the ring didn't arrive until May 31st...I wasn't expecting it so that really didn't matter but what did matter was that this ring turned my finger green. I should have known by the "this item cannot be returned if this tag is removed" trap. I love my husband, I love his beautiful effort. What I don't love is that my husband was ripped off and he worked so hard to do something special and unique and this company took advantage of that and ripped him off. I don't appreciate the business practice of advertising something genuine, a product undoubtedly designed and based of sentiment by the customer, only to be produced of substandard materials by a business with little or no care for the customer.

Update: both myself and my husband have been contacted regarding the above issue, which I appreciate. I do not however appreciate being told to peruse the Internet for jewelry cleaner to fix the problem. I will not be returning the ring as it has been reiterated by the customer services reps that tarnishing is simply a way of life for their high quality "anti-tarnish," unmarked silver. Though I will not wear the ring on my finger, I will keep it because I love the sentiment. My post on this site is simply to help buyers understand the possible implications of buying through this site. "

We are very sorry to hear that you are having a reaction to your Sterling silver ring. I can assure you that your item is genuine sterling silver and it is unfortunately very common for some people to have a chemical reaction to the silver. What is happening is that pure silver is a very soft metal and as such all jewelry is made using Sterling silver, which is 92.5% silver and the remaining 7.5% is made up of hard metals, such as copper. What you are seeing is a very common reaction between sulphides in your skin or from chemicals in your environment and the copper. In most cases, this reaction will stop after a week or so. It is not harmful at all and you can clean the ring using a wide range of tarnishing compounds or cloths available at most retailers. You can even try toothpaste which we find works pretty well.

There is really no sure way to ensure that Sterling Silver does not tarnish. A lot of mass market jewelry made offshore is coated with Nickel which is really the only way to ensure that the silver will not tarnish, however, it is a highly toxic process to both humans and the environment and due to the fact that all of our jewelry is custom manufactured at our factories in North America, we do not use this process.

"my boyfriend ordered me a ring and it arrived yesterday at noon, i wore it all night and today, the rim of the ring is turning colors ALREADY! its not even a full day! this websites products are EXTREMELY cheap and i dont recommend them to anyone! i sent them an email and im still waiting for a respons im expecting a FULL refund nothing less! save yourself the trouble and look for jewelry somewhere else!!"

Unfortunately this is a case of Sterling Silver tarnishing. Sterling silver will react to environmental chemical and even to your skin.

Our jewelry is all custom made in North America. There is no sure way to prevent this except to heavily coat the jewelry with Nickel, which is a highly toxic process not commonly used in the USA and Canada.

There are hundreds of cleaning products that should be used to properly care for Sterling Silver jewelry. If you Google "sterling silver tarnish" and you will see hundreds of pages of information that deal with this issue.

That being said, we pride ourselves on our superior customer service and the quality of our jewelry. Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. To that end our records show that a senior customer service manager contacted to offer you an acceptable solution to your issue. You mention that you contacted us by email but we cannot find any record of this interaction.

As the customer service specialist explained, we offered to Rhodium plate your ring to add an extra layer of protection to your ring. We also have a 99 day return policy which gives you the opportunity to return the ring for a full refund if you are not satisfied.”

"I loved this, I searched tons of reviews on-line, before I bought from this site. I am so tired of being ripped off on-line. This place is AMAZING it was exactly what it was supposed to be. PERFECT, so easy, cheaper than everywhere else and so great.
