"I placed this order on May 1st. I logged in on May 6th to check on the status of the order. There was nothing available online. I sent an email to "customer service" and waited two days before checking back....no reply. I called during business hours and was told to leave a number and they would call me back. I didn't leave a number since I am at work during their business hours and cannot take calls. I called back a few days later and left a message. It is now May 14th and I still do not see any shipping information or any reply from "customer service". I sent a second email to "customer service" today and I will check back in two days for a reply. I'm hoping that this review will initiate a dialog with someone so that I can find out the status of this order.
Once I finally receive the product, I will come back and give an accurate description of the craftsmanship. I am a woodworker so I will be able to describe the quality of the joints, hinges, etc. In any case, at this point, I'm not too impressed with the service but I will reserve my final judgement until after I receive the merchandise."

"This company is horrible. I ordered a jewelry box on Dec 20 with 2 day shipping. The web page said they couldn't gaurantee standard delivery before Christmas but 2 day shipping was fine. The box arrived December 26th, I sent 4 emails and voice mails to call me and they wouldn't answer. My last call telling them to contact me immediately by phone was responded with an email and to date they will not call me. I asked for a refund of $17.99 for the 2 day shipping, and a message to please call me and still no answer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY !!!!!!"

“No credit is due as it was shipped according to both our "clearly" stated policy and Fedex's shipping policy. Neither were there emails or voice mails that were received. This is not to say customer did not try to reach us, just that nothing was received and our phones are answered until Midnight Pacific Time.
Concerning this order: Order was placed on Thursday 12/20 and shipped Friday 12/21 FedEx 2nd Day service as requested.
FedEx and UPS do not count the day they pick up a shipment as a "ship" day so the following "business day is the "first" day. Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days for either unless shipping FedEx Home(Monday FedEx Home does not deliver) or unless you request and pay additional charges for Saturday delivery.
So in this case the "First" day would be Monday.
So Tuesday was Christmas and no deliveries are made so the next "Business" day is Wednesday 12/26 AND also the "2ND" day in 2nd day shipping which is when the order was delivered.

We shipped the day after ordering, shipped 2nd Day FedEx as requested and it was delivered as FedEx scheduled 2nd Day service does, the 2nd "Business" day after pick up.
Additionally, we clearly explain this in our Help Center under shipping so it could have been checked before ordering. No credit is due as it was shipped according to both our "clearly" stated policy and Fedex's shipping policy.”

"It took a long time for the order to arrive and I sent a few messages to ask about that, with no reply... I also tried calling a few times without success.
When the package did arrive though, I found the order to be exactly as it was on the photo, and the quality good."

"My suggestion to anyone looking at this site to forget buying anything from this vendor or almost any other vendor that sells these Jewelry Armoires or Boxes. They are all or mostly from china. The quality is poor at best. The return policy only protects the vendor if you are buying it as a gift as I did for X-mas. It was more than a week before I could give the gift on X-mas. The assembly instructions are incomplete. When I installed the top piece into pre drill pilot holes the provided screws pushed out the bottom of the particle board. Every joint was cracked and showed the light color of the particle board. The instructions did not even show or explain how the top lid is to be held open. Soon I expect it to slam down and break the mirror. This is a cheaply constructed piece of what I consider non furniture item. I wish I had read a review like mine as I would have definitely would have influenced my decision to purchase this item."

"This company has no concept of customer service. Ordered an item from them on the 26th of Nov hoping to have it for my daughter for Christmas, and our account was debited soon after. The item is still listed as not sent today (five weeks later).

Since ordering i have sent three emails to 'customer service' which have had no reply. The site says allow 4-5 days for a response to enquiries. After reading other reviews I think it is unrealistic to expect any response at all.

I got a note from them today stating that it will be an extra $87.45USD to ship the smallish box to Australia. Just to be informed in a timely manner of what was happening would have been nice! I will be cutting our losses and cancelling the order with fingers crossed for a refund. "

“First...this is an International order. Yes there is additional shipping and it is expensive to ship anything to Australia from the US.
Second...Sorry, that is what the cost is from the Postal Service. Two emails were sent and we did not ship International at that time without a written consent to the additional shipping charge. We never heard back and sent it 1 last time. We credited the customer in a timely manner after that point. We only charge during the Holiday season. The rest of the year, we do not charge until it ships.
Customer ordered a LARGE box, not small, 11 1/2"L x 7 3/4"W x 5 1/2"H and weighed 15 - 22 pounds when packed! The cost of shipping was actual cost.”

"Ordered a product from these people on Dec. 4, 2012. Emailed them on 12/11/12 as to why it had not been shipped - no response. Emailed again on 12/18/12, no response. Called twice and left voice mail, no response. Will not use these clowns again."

"I was so impressed with the detail to the packaging of the most beautiful jewelry box I have ever seen. The photo on line does not give justice to such craftsmanship. My eyes lit up with the beauty of the box and I thought the way you put great detail in the packaging alone was impeccable. I truly love your product and I will be ordering more real soon. I also want to pass your products on to others who need special gifts for those they love because I was so impressed with the jewelry box myself that I know others would be too. I have already told close friends of your products and encouraged them to take a look at your web page. Also when I ordered from your page it was simple and easy. Thank you so much.
