"Ordered 3 gifts 3 weeks before Christmas. When had not received tried to contact the company. After not hearing anything, tried again a few days before Christmas. Tim replied that someone else should have been in contact with me...My order had been shipped to the wrong place? He said he would ship my order out express to have by Christmas (except one item was no longer in stock). He sent the other 2 items but mailed them 2 day shipping 2 days before Christmas. Needless to say, I did not get my gifts by the holiday. The out of stock item I asked to be credited, which I have still not seen. I have called, replied to emails from my inbox, emailed directly from the website all with no response. I have left 2 messages over the last week-no reply. This has been such a headache! I just want my money back for an item that I never received! I DO NOT recommend this company!"
"Terrible. I paid for sunglasses ($120) on 11/11/13 online and still have not recevied them (11/26/13). I try calling everyday at all hours of the day and no one answers. I have left messages on their after hours number and never recevie a response. I tried using their online portal to contact them with no response. THe only time I have talked to someone (Tim), he siad he would check on my order and call me back, but never did. I have opened a dispute with Paypal, but in the meantime am out $120 with no sunglasses. Terrible."
"It took two weeks for my package to ship and my emails were not being responded to initially. I was pretty frustrated but it turns out the one guy who handles all of the shipping, Tim, was in a car accident. I think he is okay since he ended up replying to my emails and first unfavorable review. That's a good excuse if you ask me so this is my edit. I can tell from his emails he cares, is professional and wants to make his customers happy. "

"Jetties is such an awesome place to order from. While most other websites are charging an arm and leg for a pair of boardies this place has them for at least $10 cheaper. It's great because now I can actually use that extra money for gas to get to the lake or beach. Not to mention their selection is phenomenal with a ton of variety and every brand you could imagine. I had a technical problem ordering and sent an email to the store but within an hour they responded and got everything cleared up which was insanely unheard of from anywhere else.
