Our Elite Program recognizes excellence in customer satisfaction. To display the ResellerRatings Elite badge, companies must meet stringent ratings standards, and they must subscribe to the ResellerRatings Merchant Member program to actively participate in resolving customer issues at ResellerRatings.
Minimum Ratings Requirements
The ResellerRatings seal must pass a series of requirements based upon review acquisition recency, volume and maintained ratings. From time to time these requirements are slightly modulated as to ensure it makes sense with our changing algorithms. We always try to ensure stability of seals, and make sure massive input of negative or positive customer reviews from deals, fulfillment issues, etc, does not create a series of highs and lows. The Elite Seal represents a high caliber merchant.

- They must have at least 30 reviews in the last 6 months
- Their average rating across ALL the reviews used to calculate their rating must be 8.0

"What a rip off!!! They showed a picture of twelve pens which is how I usually order them. The only color they had was white, so I ordered two, expecting 24 white pens. I got 2! At the price that I paid for 24 assorted colored pens elsewhere. Major rip off, don't use Jet.com"

Great experience with Jet!
"I just recently started shopping on Jet.com. So far, my experience has been pleasant. I have had only one issue them. It was on a purchase of a printer that was apparently through a third party seller. Three weeks went by and the seller had still not shipped the printer. I contacted a Jet representative through email and they responded within 30 minutes. The rep told me that it was showing that they had been trying to contact the seller, as they noticed that my printer had not been shipped, but the seller never replied. She then told me that she would let the seller know that they needed to ship the printer by two business days, or the transaction would be cancelled. I agreed that this was a fair request. Two business days went by and, just what I suspected would happen, nothing. On the third business day, I saw that the order had not been cancelled, so I went ahead and emailed Jet to request that they please cancel it. They very promptly replied and then promptly cancelled it. The reps were extremely apologetic, polite and very personable. And to top it off, to make up for the huge inconvenience of the third party seller, they gave me a $10 credit, and then even gave me $20 of ,what's called, Jet Cash! They really made up for the ONLY issue I have had shopping with them. The only things I wish they had on their site are..... reviews on the items they are selling, AND reviews on the third party sellers. It would have been nice to have been able to leave a review for the seller of the printer. But I will continue to shop with Jet!"

Poor Customer service and response after sales
"Expected arrival time was stated as 2 to 7 days after three days of no tracking info I called and was told they checked with shipper and will ship in one day if not already shipped. After another 3 days was told a delivery date that was a Sunday two days later finally was shipped and received a valid tracking number.
Good way to lose first time buyer, not very honest courier service reps or company"

My Peanuts Bring All the Squirrels To The Yard
