While I do not know if most people have a problem with their dresses or not, I do know from personal experience that, if you DO happen to have a problem with what you ordered, they will not help you, even as far as they claim to in their refund\/return policy. <br>I ordered a dress from them a month ago; I was measured twice and ordered a custom-sized dress to make sure it fit. I got the dress, and the bust was 3 inches larger than my specifications, and the waist was 2 inches larger. I didn't even bother measuring my waist, because the dress was made to be flowy at the bottom. The zipper also didn't go up the last two inches or so of the dress, but I ignored that because, even if it did, the dress wouldn't have fit. I emailed jenjenhouse promptly and explained my issue, and instead of saying "OH, ok, we'll give you the 40% refund we give to people who had a size discrepancy of greater than 1 inch in either direction", they refused to believe the dress was made incorrectly, responding with every picture I sent of the dress measurements with some of their own that they supposedly took during a "quality-inspection", which could either be a picture of my dress or not; I don't know. I am continuing to fight with them about this issue, and will continue to do so until I am satisfied. However, the fact that I even have to work this hard is despicable, especially for an item that was so expensive (I have only bought one thing that was more expensive than this dress, and it was a brand-new Ipod touch that I got a year and a half ago). I am terribly disappointed.<br><br>EDIT: About 4 hours after I posted this review, a jenjenhouse.com worker called me and said that, after reviewing my case, the manager gave me 2 options: I could either keep the dress and get a 40% refund, or I could return it and get a full refund. Since I do not want the dress, I will return it and expect a full refund in return. They're sending me half of the refund right now, actually, and so I know that I'll get my money back.
