"Had a credit card issue and Jango sent a notification... except it went to spam folder and Jango withheld sending our emails :o( They did eventually call to ask if there was a problem. The card issue was resolved and emails then were resumed. Jango was able to resend some of the nonsent emails but not all. They did provide a list for us of the emails they were not able to resend and we resent each of them manually."

"I struggled for a long time trying to reliably send email to my users (I run a small dog-show secretary business), particularly those with AOL addresses. After I moved to JangoSMTP I have not had to think about any of these problems. Highly recommended."

"Before I used JangoSMTP, my delivery rate was just plain awful even though I never, ever send unsolicited email. Since switching to their service, my delivery rates of transactional emails and newsletters climbed to nearly 100%. I noticed a huge improvement, especially in AOL acceptance. Well worth the investment each month. I would say either use JangoSMTP or continue to spin your wheels..."

"Service is ok and support too, but sometimes got trouble with the site UI (seems that used grid does not support a large number or rows).
Experience through the last bulk emailing shows troubles with have not before (mails sent to a gmail boxes were often sent to spam box, but we will try to change our mail title to verify if it is coming from the mail itself)"

"I have been incredibly impressed with their responsiveness to enquiries. One email enquiry slipped through the net and I had to follow up, but then the follow through until resolution has been pretty incredible."

"It is a reasonable-priced service, but the UI and control panel is not quite user-friendly. I love their service, but when there is some problem/issue happened, it cannot be fixed at a good pace."

"Such a great product to use! It was pretty simple to set up, but I had a few questions since I had never done this before. The technical support people were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and courteous. Once set up, the software has worked flawlessly."

"JangoSMTP has many SMTP features, of which we use a small core set. I have used the send log numerous times to verify that mail has been delivered and customer support has always been responsive to my questions and issues. The only service I would like to see them add is a pay-for service to more accurately configure the many settings available so that I can get better use out of their capabilities."

"We have used JangoSMTP service now for several years.. Once we finished the simple setup process its basically been a set it and forget it process.

JangoSMTP has for us proven to be excellent and very reliable.

If you're looking for an affordable reliable smtp service Jango is where its at.."

"JangoSMTP is a great alternative when you have to send mission critical emails out from application sources, appliance alerts, email blasts, etc...and CANNOT have these emails fail due to IP Blacklist, reputation issues, or being classified as SPAM."
