"I tried several other email providers before settling on JangoMail. They were by far the most flexible and accommodating to my needs. Their customer service is absolutely first-rate. I do wish their rates were a bit lower, but then, who wouldn't want that? "

"JangoMail is a fine service. We have used their product for 5 years. We like supporting their business because they are local or our organization and they have good customer service.

One item we would like to see is a better WYSIWYG editor. Our internal editors often have trouble with the software they use. It is clunky and slow.

Another item we would like to see is updated, modern templates. The templates available are old and boring. We'd love to take advantage of modern, cleanly coded templates that offer new ways to display content."

"We were having so many undelivered email messages that I consulted with some colleagues who manage the mass email messages at their institutions to find out how they handled similar problems and I was referred to JangoMail. It was easy to install and it solved the problem as soon as we started using JangoMail. I'm still a new user started only last month but I've seen a great benefit! I have more to learn about it."

"We use JangoMail every month for email campaigns. We send to about 4,600 unique users. We love it. It has click to open rate much better than some of the other players out there (you know who they are). The support has been excellent as well. We don't have very many support issues to begin with but when we did, they were resolved quickly."

"We have been using Jangomail for almost two years. It handles all of our campaign e-mails flawlessly. Being able to create and manage a custom sub-domain as well as validating a secure sender ensures that our campaign e-mails are not filtered as junk mail. It also offers advanced features that allow us to communicate with external sales reps and dealers by linking to our internal databases. This vastly simplifies routine communication with the field via customized reports. The ability to handle HTML formatted e-mail with onboard templates, or our own HTML is invaluable for creating custom communications to our customers. SMS Groups allow us to send out quick notes to numerous sales reps who may not routinely check e-mail.

Customer service is exemplary and quick to respond, even to intricate problems. Planned outages are announced in advance and happen during low usage periods.

There really are a host of features for the B to B audience to leverage for their routine communications."

"JangoMail is a solid mail service. We use it primarily for delivery and monitoring of transactional e-mails from our web service, but will be adding customer campaign emails in the near future.

The integration of the JangoMail email service was easy and straightforward (we're using their SOAP API and SMTP connectivity).

It's great to be able to see when e-mails have been successfully sent."

"Jango is Awesome! I started using Jango many years ago when I couldn't find anyone or figure out how I was going to communicate with our data base, we're Mortgage Lenders. Jango has been nothing but top notch through out the years. Superb customer service, intuitive setup and great product I continue and will remain a loyal customer for years to come. I whole heartedly recommend Jango Mail without reservation, they are best at what they do!"

"Enjoy working with it so far. Transitioning to JangoMail was straightforward, and their support team has gotten back to me very quickly when I've sought help. HTML editor is slightly goofy."

"We have used Jango Mail for the past several years. I find it to be a great program for sending out emails to our clients. It is user friendly and easy to manage. The customer support I receive at Jango Mail is excellent. They always do a good job and seem to genuinely care about the customer's experience."
