"I bought a leather motorcycle jacket and a sissybar bag. They were of good quality but Jafrum didn't apply my BUCK45 coupon to the order which would have given me $45 off. My order total was $314.98. It had to be $300 in order to use the coupon. I have emailed them several times but but they have just said they are looking into it. It's been 2 months now. Will not do business with them again. Not customer oriented."
"The end product was great, but communication and customer satisfaction are not a high priority for Jafrum. I ordered my gear and was expecting to see items delivered with-in 2-3 days as stated on the website. When the 2-3 days was drawing closer, I started to look for tracking #'s and dates. But instead, their website said "items pending Pay"; even though I was charged for the items three days earlier. I sent customer service an email, requesting status of my items. Two days later, they responded stating that some items are not stored in their warehouse and are waiting for them to be shipped from the factory. My response was, "that a courtesy email or some notification should have been sent, instead of have my family waiting / changing schedule to make someone was home for the delivery". Once again about three days later; their response was was, sorry but items were on back order and had to wait for delivery before they could ship out to the customer. Once again, a notification could have been sent. I would have been and a little let down, but would understand and at the price I paid; I would have peacefully waited. Their lack of communication and commitment to me has a customer, left me dissatisfied with how they conduct business."
