"I ordered a helmet from Jafrum on 24 April. I received it on the 1st of May. The helmet had a snap broke on it so I filled out the paper work for an exchange. Sent it back UPS. My tracking said they received on the 4th of May. I did not hear anything from Jafrum by the 10th of May so I called several times that day and after finally being connected I was placed on hold and the customer service girl had no idea where my return paper work was. Apparently it was lost. That was the reason they had not processed my return. So she said they were looking for the paper work and to call back. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. Well the manager was not in that day. After several un answered e-mails to Jafrum and another couple days went by and nothing I called again. This time the girl said the manager was in the warehouse getting my exchange and that I would be receiving an e-mail when it was shipped. I dont beleive that and asked that the manager call me when this happens. Today is the 17th of May and still no exchange. This company should be out of business soon. Horrible customer service. No communication at all! Shop somewhere else. You will be better off. Good luck."

"Well i have bought a few things from this company. had good luck with them at first.Girlfriend bought a helmet and some boots from them, she didn't like the boots and sent them back 2 days later and still haven't received a credit which now is well past a month now.have called several times said that they would take care of it but never did.If you buy from this company hope its what you want because you might never get your product or if you return it you won't get your money back without a constant battle with them."

"I bought a pair of leather chaps on March 7 from Jafrum. I received it in good condition and was very satisfied with it. I wore it approximately 3 times and then the leather in belt section started to tear and fray. I sent them an e-mail, never heard back. Then I called on Monday and spoke to about 5 different people to finally find out that the person I needed to talk to was "out sick" and to leave her a message. I called back on Tuesday, but this time I got an anwering machine, and this went on all day with nobody answering the phone, asking to leave a phone number and they would call back. I wrote Jafrum another e-mail and still no answer. Looking at the policy, it states that a refund will take about 8 weeks before they even decide whether they will give you a refund on the product you bought. Even after I explained that I need the chaps in two weeks, they said well, you will just have to buy another one and if they agree to refund the money, they will send you the money at a later date! Really.... what happened to the no hassle return or hassle refund!!!! I will definitely never use Jafrum again and make sure all my riding buddies do not use Jafrum either. Be aware! "

"I placed an order on the 9th of the month. Received email on the 10th of the month saying my order was shipped with estimated delivery date on the 16th of the month and they gave me a tracking number. So far so good. On the 16th of the month, with no delivery yet, I went to the tracking site (FedEx ground)and saw that the order had not yet even been picked up. Sent an email to Jafrum via their website and requested they cancel the order as it would now be too late (it was to be a gift). Received form mail on the 17th of the month offering an apology but no cancellation. Later on the 17th of the month, the tracking number showed the package had been picked up with an estimated delivery date of the 23rd. Package arrived on the 20th but it contained the wrong item! I sent it back for a refund. In summary, I get to pay for shipping both ways for a late delivery of the wrong item. Choose another Vendor. "

"I placed an order 4/8/12. Got the email saying my package shipped with a tracking number 4/11/2012. My credit card was charged on 4/16/2012. Sounds all good, except they never actually shipped my package. According to FEDEX, the shipment information was sent to them but the company has not given FEDEX the package for delivery. I have contacted the customer service at Jafrum twice. Each time I got an apology, but my package still has not shipped. So much for fast shipping. I didnt think companies could even charge your credit card until the product has shipped! After nearly two weeks, all I have to show for ordering with this company is $250 smaller bank account and a lot of frustration. Buyer beware. "

"115% Price Guarantee is NOT TRUE.I ordered a jacket,gloves and helmet as I am a new rider.The very next day, Jafrum.com lowered the helmet price by $10. My items had not even yet been shipped and I could've cancelled and re-ordered--but it's nice to know early on how a company conducts business.When I requested a price match,it took many many emails (their response was usually off topic,re:shipping etc;like they didn't read or understand the PRICE MATCH subject line).I finally got one that said "Your Customer Care Case # is 93063.
We are not able to price match your request. As per our policy we do not price match against our own website." So there is folks. Careful when you order, I'll be shopping elsewhere...with a real price match guarantee and better customer service."

"Wont be buying anything from this company ever again. This company is a joke. I returned a vest because it was defective. I called them and got the return setup and they received the vest back on March 21 and I called them about 2 weekend after that and they said there return policy was that the refund would be sent 14 business days and they said that would be April 10. I called today and they said that the refund was made on April 12( so much for the policy). Today is April 17 and still no refund. Might want to think twice about buying from them because if you return anything they will hold your money as long as they can."

"Overall my experience with them was great. The website is easy to maneuver, prices good, quality of products what I expected. The order was processed quickly and delivered timely. Only 2 caveats: (1) They have a great program with bonus bucks back if you order over $200. Make sure you request inclusion in the program when you order...it's not automatic. I forgot, had to email them, and to their credit they included me in the program. (2) Make sure you get your sizes right. I ordered a helmet that was too large and it cost me an additional $20 in shipping to get it resolved.

Overall, those things were minor. The service was good and products as promised."

"These saddlebags are great- Fit perfect on my 2005 Shadow- Great price and excellent service- wish I could have gotten bigger size but did not want to make adjustments to my Bike- This was my third order from Jafrum and all is well- Great products & great service fast shipping- Goooo Jafrum"
