"This company has following posted on their site under policies "When an order is placed, quantity is checked before we charge the credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that we have the watch and it is ready to ship." The Tag Heuer watch was listed as available in stock and ready to ship, ship within 1 business day. I placed an order on 6/09/13, chosen 2nd day shipping (gift for father's day). Next day I received e-mail that my credit card did not go through because it required my authorization. I called AMEX, authorized the charge and called jacobtime. The gentleman placed me on hold while he was running card again, confirm that charge went though and watch is shipping today. In an hour I received an e-mail saying that the watch is out of stock and they will ship it to me whenever it will be available. So, I called them and asked why they would charge my card without checking the availability? Obviously, that conversation did not go anywhere, I asked for manager, waited on hold for 11 minutes and Steve, the manager , was simply arrogant and kept cutting me off, offered no apologies and no solutions, said they will refund money which will take several business days... So, my credit card funds were of hold. I called AMEX again, they did not see refund but they suggested to place a dispute charges if credit does not show within 48 hours....I am just upset that they did not even care to follow their own policy and charged me over $800.00 for product they did not even have. I do not trust this company and customer service is horrible, would not be surprised if the company is run for a garage somewhere."

"I am extremely pleased with the buying experience I had with Jacobtime.com. I have to admit that I was a little leery about using them because their prices are so much better than other online shops, but I looked into their reputation (which is excellent) and decided to give them a try. "I purchased 3 watches from this seller and received simply extraordinary customer service on all 3 of them. Yes, they do care customers as their first priority!! Unbelievably best prices compared to any other online seller (Amazon, Ebay and many other watch stores). Having said that, all their watches are truly authentic and genuine with Manufacturer's serial number. I usually have a habit of extensively researching all the places before I buy any expensive product, and when it comes to watches, most of the times end up finding the best watches with the best prices at Jacobtime.com. They are also very candid about the condition of their watches, the Display models they sell are clearly marked appropriately and the price lowered significantly compared to the brand new ones. I would recommend anyone to reluctantly purchase from this seller with a piece of mind without having to worry for quality or price at all!!"

"Wow. Bought the Citizen Atomic Eco Drive and got it for 200.00 less than posted on various internet sites. I am very skeptical of EVERYTHING on the internet. I purchased and can't believe the watch I have for 300.00. They deliver, period. Great online business.

"Best deal in the whole US I think. I placed my Tissot T0444302105100 order on 2-22-13 and received it on 2-27-13 in Southern California. Yes. It is authentic and brand new. In my opinion, as long as the product is authentic and arrives on shipping company's dock on time, the retailer has done its job. Therefore, I am giving Jacobtime five stars. "recently i wrote a review on the .com store Jacobtime. I was not fair in my review of this establishment. I did some more research on this store and found out they are a well known and very reputable company. I would like to go on the record and retraced my previous statement. I highly recommend them to all watch buyers. "

"just wanted to say thank you for the fast service. was a little hesitant topurchase because of the few bad reviews but I said its worth a try since the prices where great. I took advantage of their extended return policy and ordered a watch for Christmas let's hope she . Likes it!"

"First I had problems with reaching them on the phone, they said they'd call back but they never did and after 2 days I see my order declined. After some talk I had to make another payment and they promised me that will ship the same day but of course it didn't. The next days they created shipping label but wasn't still sent that day.
However, all in all, they have good products but customer support (and generally workers I guess) are little sloppy.

"Probably a great seller if not for the shipping requirement, Jacobtime require UPS to have signature at time of delivery so you CANNOT sign to release the package if they leave a note on your door. You MUST be there to sign for it. Because of this procedure i will never order from them again just because i am never home and no one is home while they're trying to deliver the package. They have many great watch that i want to buy and until i can find a solution for this i cannot order from them."

"After requesting to return an item just over the 30-day return policy date, the customer service at Jacobtime was willing to be lenient and let me return/exchange the item past the 30-day policy. Good prices, as well--I appreciated that the company seemed to value my business enough to make sure I was a satisfied cutomer. Will do business again."

"jacob time is the worst online store i have ever purchased from. i purchase a citizen skyhawk titanium for over 400 dollars, so youd expect a 400 hundred dollar watch would work and do what its advertised to do. the watches main feature was the radio controlled time, ( it automatically changes the time on the watch when you travel to different time zones) i have not once seen my watch do this. also the sliding bezel which i used on the watch which can be used to calculate various things was not smooth, (for both issues i had, my friend who had the exact same watch but bought it from a different dealer, did not have, his time would set automatically where mine wouldnt.) so i called jacob time and they told me it would take 4-6 weeks from when they receive the watch for service to try to resolve the problem. i just received the watch today after a long 6-7 weeks of waiting. when i opened my package, jacob time does not to respect for peoples belongings and forgot include the box and manuals i sent with the watch, but thats alright i got my watch back now it should be working smoothly right? NO, i can not see any noticeable change to the watch, the sliding bezel is still not smooth, and it still does not set the time automaticly. there were other issues i had with customer service too, i was moving away and because customer service notified me that the watch would take 4-6 weeks to service AFTER i had sent it to them it me about 5 calls and 3 emails to finally confirm the shipping address had actually been changed. conclusion? do not buy from jacob time, you will be wasting your money. I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER"

"Like most I was skeptical at first given the VERY low price on typically an expensive watch. I went ahead and got the watch. I received it today and it was 110% new and authentic. Thanks jacobtime for a great deal on my awesome new citizen chrono at!!!!"

"Hi,

I just wanted to say thank you very much. My order arrived this morning.
I want to congratulate you on your fantastic services. You have the best
prices and extremely friendly and informative correspondence agents.
The watch arrived much sooner that I could have anticipated and exactly
as advertised and promised.

I do have one very small gripe however, while the packaging came
complete with warranty (original is unsigned, but full Jacobtime 2 year included as advertised), manual, CD, instruction booklet and watch holder
inner packaging, the original Citizen outer packaging was missing, and instead
everything was packaged in a plain brown box and Jacobtime fabric bag.

As I said before this is a very small gripe that I am happy to overlook and will
definitely be shopping from you again in the future!
