I do understand not wanting to be on hold though. Jacks is working on decreasing hold times and our average wait time is less than 3 mins. Sorry for your long wait time but I am glad customer service took care of you return.

I placed an order over the phone with Jack's. When I received it after a long wait, it was the wrong part. I called to return it, when they sent the check it was half of the amount I paid. I called to complain, the man hung up on me when I was in the process of explaining. They are a bad company to deal with! BEWARE!"
