Jack's has always done a good job for me. I have the manuals and parts catalogs for my Snapper, which has helped me know what part number I need before I go to the site. Jack's upgrades to newer part numbers and gives me alternative aftermarket options also.
My first suggestion to be even better would be a bit cleaner site for mobile device use. While it's relatively easy for me to have my Snapper on a bench in my shop right next to a computer, some folks don't have that option, and would use a smart phone, with a MUCH smaller screen. So the less congested, the better.
Also, once a person has identified their mower and found what they're looking for, and placed it into the shopping cart, consider a courtesy pop up list of the most commonly ordered items for that brand and model of machine. If I'd had that, it could have saved me placing a second order a week apart from another order, saving me a second shipping cost.
My view/suggestions is not only from a consumer, but also from a service business owner myself. Hopefully, it's helpful.
