I suggest you avoid doing business with this company if you have a good alternative. I ordered a part for my rototiller online and was charged a fair price, including shipping. My credit card was charged the next day, although I got an email that the item was out of stock. The part arrived a little over a week later, although the website still shows out of stock. However, I discovered an additional charge of $21 on my credit card 3 days after the original order with no notification from Jack's. Customer Service explained there was an additional freight charge because the part was oversized (they sent a long part in a huge box with a lot of paper packing because they didn't have one the right size). There was no indication when I ordered that the shipping charges were just a guess and that additional charges could be added later. I had another source for this part from a site that gives real charges and sticks to them and had the part in stock ... would have been cheaper and faster, in hindsight. This is not the worst service I've ever gotten but it certainly is not so good that I would recommend them or come back for more.
