"I researched, ordered, and received a complete computer system from JNCS. I chose them because of the great service & decent price I received from them on the purchase of a motherboard bundle 3 years ago. I wanted "top of the line" gaming system and most certainly got one. After picking the parts I wanted, I called to place my order. I was assisted by Jerry - he was very polite and very knowledgeable. He did not "oversell" me and in fact was able to suggest a few changes that enhanced my computer and saved me a few dollars. My initial experiences both online & with Jerry was very pleasant. He answered every question I had - there were many - and was in no hurry; I felt like a customer & not just another chunk of money headed their way. A few days after I placed the order I called back and asked for Jerry because I had yet another question - there was a slight delay until he picked up the phone & I learned that even though he was on a break, he dropped what he was doing to take my call - that is what I call Customer Service!!
The computer right on time as promised - they even delayed shipment so the arrival would coincide with my return from vacation. The computer and the ancillary manual, disks, etc. were packaged unbelievably well. There is no way, barring being hit by a truck that the contents could have been damaged; it was packed with Styrofoam, airbags, and more Styrofoam. Every item associated with the computer was included in the container - every manual, booklet, and the individual packaging for the RAM, DVD drive, motherboard, and video cards - anything and everything that came with the parts was included with my computer.
Included in the container was a letter providing instructions and contact numbers in case of a problem. To date there have been zero problems with anything - I love VISTA and my new computer. I will always try to give JNCS my business in the future - their prices are very fair and their customer service is excellent.

Nor would they answer emails. When they did build the system, they put the OS on the wrong drive, they left a jumper on the drives that drastically reduced their performance, and they reversed 1394 and USB cables on the motherboard, which destroyed two of my memory sticks before I discovered the problem. Major quality control issues; stay away. UPDATE: 12/21/2006. J and N did reimburse me for a memory stick, and the owner phoned me to make a formal apology for the problems I encountered."

"I had purchased the ASUS M 3000 N sight unseen since it was over the internet. By the time it was all said and done I had it in my hands on January 10th, 2004 and proceeded to install XP Pro. In the interim I had the opportunity to live with the unit and discovered some quirks that I didn't like. For example, on the right hand side when you press the PgDn & End keys my pinky, not my index finger would sink down! Then I recall a nightmare Toshiba I had which caused me to replace that unit's keyboard once every 6-months or so since it faultered. I spoke with merchant who told me he'll replace keyboard for free if it breaks down, but also advised me of a 15% restocking fee if I wanted to return it, which @ a $1500 purchase price comes to a whopping $225! This in spite of the fact that's not even 15-days since I had said unit in my hands. That is absolutely outrageous, considering from what I am now told profit margins in the notebook business run @ 10% clip! Caveat Emptor on me, but this merchant MUST reconsider revising this outrageous "re-stocking fee" which in this case ends up making him a greater profit. Further this unit's optical drive loads on the right hand side and is underneath the keyboard. Thus this sinking feeling one gets from the keyboard and this merchant's unjust fees."
"Overall J and N completed my order very quickly. I called on the 18th of Nov. and ordered one of their MB bundles,a power supply and video card. They shipped on Tues night and I received the shipment on Thursday. Everything was packed very well. Installed and everything worked. I plan to do business with them again. CAT"

"This place is incredible. I had a very bad experience with another place buying a video card and went to JNCS because it was local and needed one today. Not only were they helpful but they proved to be better then any on line place I have ever shopped at. They not only helped me pick a better video card but gave me an 8X for less then the price of a 4X I was planning to buy. This is my forth time I bought any thing from them reason being that online shopping is cheaper, Then dumb me woke up and thought they are online. Honest, I wont buy parts any place else ever again. I need a place where I get service and price and this place is it. Fantastic job guys, Keep up the great work. I cant stop typing on how great they are, some one stop me………. :)"
"Coming from Dell and Gateway, I found JNCS to have excellent customer service and excellent products at a decent price. I purchased a new PC w/ Asus P5WD2, 840 Pentium D, 2 Gb Ram, 2 x 200GB Drives, Nvidia 6600GT Video and was VERY happy with the purchase. I called them four times and they ALWAYS picked up after the second or third ring. I could always get the answers I seeked and they were nothing but up front with me. I did have to wait and my credit-card was billed day one. I did get my machine in 3-4 weeks because of the wait on the Pentium D chips. Everything was packaged securely and everything arrived undamaged. I will defenitely do business with them again. Highly recommend you do the same! Thanks JNCS. "
"I was recently in the market to purchase a new PC Tower and after much research to determine what I wanted I selected JNCS from a list of "custom builders" that I found on the web. Their Co's website was very user friendly and specialises in high quality, name brand products. Their site indicated that they are a member of the BBB and enjoy a great rating with that Organization. When it came time to order I dealt with Scott Noble who was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and eager to concur, advise or make alternate suggestions to my choices of components. He also accomodated a change of Motherboard from the standard choices of the Configurator. After ordering I was told exactly the time frame the build process & shipping was going to take and the Company lived up to their statements and delivered exactly as promised. Upon delivery by FedEx Ground I found the packaging to be extremely well done and heavy-duty. When I opened my new tower the quality of workmanship that went into putting my new "baby" together was exceptional! Now I have been enjoying my new PC for almost a week and it is performing wonderfully well. I have had reason to call Scott on 2 occasions for follow-up information and I can happily report that Scott's after-service has been as good if not better than before the sale was comsumated. All of which leaves me with nothing more to add other than I would rate JNCS and Scott Noble as a "10 out of 10" will not hestitate to buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone. "
in need of a video card, I gave these guys a call as they're local. I needed a new video card real soon and I wasn't planning on spending rediculous amounts of money for next day air shipping. I ask if they have the Asus V9280/TD (g4-4200-8x) in stock.
jem, one of the reps there admitted they didn't have it in stock yesterday, (1/20/03) and said he'd get it in tomorrow for me.
amazingly enough, I call in to double check if they have it and they do! I mean, this company went out of their way to special order me a specific video card that I wanted and got it in the NEXT DAY!
talk about service. I was coming out of work late and these guys stayed open till 9pm!! jerry, I think that was his name... got me my card, charged my card and I was good to go.
all in all, this is by far the IDEAL computer purchasing experience. I'll be coming back with no doubt and recommending them without question."
