"Beware dealing with this business - also doing business as 12voltproducts.com. Although the website does not spell it out, they do not accept returns except for defective merchandise. And should they accept a return there will be a restocking fee.
Most interesting was the following quote from them:

"NOWHERE is there any mention of customer SATISFACTION guarantee."

I think that says it all!"
