"Made phone inquiry re: stock status on pair of cheap AR bookshelf speakers (I was going to have my daughter pick them up and bring them home to Virginia on her Spring break). Helpful CS rep confirmed stock status, and said he would ship for less than posted cost (cheaper than paying NY sales tax), saving my daughter the hassle of getting to the store. Shipped next day (3-8-02), rec'd 3-11-02. Status was not posted on website as it was a phone order, but another pleasant CS rep advised me of the in transit shipping status when I called. New York, New York...so great they named it twice!!"
