I just purchased a photographic system (canon 7D + 24-70mm f/2.8L + 70-200mm f/2.8L)from them. The experience has been fantastic. No sales pressure to purchase additional items. The process is quick and simple. Today (11/18/09), I received my whole package. The sales person, Alex, is very helpful and professional.

I made an order threw Amazon.com and returned product because it was an Apple product and was not compatible with my phone. I call custermer service on Nov 18 to request help with finding a product that would be compatible and was met with exelent result. Custermer service imploy "Casondra" was verry nice and helpfull. The man "forgot name" who helped me find the blue tooth was exstreamly helpful as well. They worked quickly, acritly and were out standingly plesent to speak with. Best custermer service I have incountered in quite a while. Ordered Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q850...The customer service answered my call quickly and matched the price and on top of that gave me $10 off...I ordered it around 0100pm and was shipped the same day...

I purchased a Nikon D300S from the website. I received a confirmation email about my order within 15 minutes of placing the order. There was no email for me to call them to verify anything as you may get from other sites. Shipping confirmation was sent the next day and it was fast and free. I received the camera in 4 business days. The entire process of ordering through receiving the camera was excellent and I would definitely encourage you to buy from them if your are considering a purchase.

Monitor had great resolution! Amazed at price and free shipping. My Firm purchased the first monitor. After looking at the quality, I decided to purchase a second with my own monies. Received tracking number immediately after placing my order. Order arrived within 1-2 business days (excluding the weekend).

Took four working days to ship my order (not counting the weekend in between). The item was in stock as per their website, but shipping took forever to complete. My previous experience with JR has been good but this time they broke my heart.  
I will think twice before ordering from JR again. Maybe JR can learn something from newegg.com  
 
Edit: Grace called me soon after I posted this review. She conveyed the company's apologies and offered me a small credit. Since my previous experience with JR has been good, I hope that this was a rare occurence. I think I will give JR another chance and I hope they don't disappoint me anymore. Thanks Grace!

J&R is one of the best online stores for electronics for price and selection. They stand behind their products,and policies.J&R also ships much quicker than anticipated. The Toshiba HD tv that I purchased a few months ago was received in 3 days,instead of the 5-7 that was listed. The price of the tv went down about 2 weeks after I bought it,and I was given a price adjustment with no problem at all. THANK YOU J&R

One word - FANTASTIC service! I am in the military, stationed at an APO address and it is often very hard to get products sent; many companies won't even ship to APOs. Not only did this company ship a product in perfect condition, I received it within 6 days of ordering. I can't thank you enough.
