"I'm not sure why JC Whitney got such a low rating, but my experience with them is better than expected. I ordered a ROLLING DUFFEL STORAGE BAG at a clearance price with free shipping. I received the shipment within a week's time. The quality of the product is not that good, no way it come close to the original price of $60+ dollars. But hey since I only pay $8 for it, what more do I expect.
I will mostly likely shop with them again in the future if the price is right.
