"I did make a recent purchase from JC Whitney and I waited patiently for the item to arrive. Instead of getting the item I purchased I got a notice from PayPal that my purchase amount was being returned. No explanation, nothing from JC Whitney. Very poor customer service in my book."

"Customer service was unable to confirm whether the part ordered would arrive with all required accessories. Was told the only way to know for certain would be to place the order and see what shows up. Seems rather odd as a business practice. In any case, the part was ordered, it was shipped, it arrived - and was the correct piece. I figure that is at least the bare minimum one could expect when doing business online."
