posted Dec-29-2011 “As I stated to Roger3, there was a Paypal issue with his order. Once Roger3 contacted us about his missing order, I responsed immediately. We shipped his product out that day and he received it the following day. I accepted full responsibility for the issue and extended my apology to Roger3. Unfortunately, there are occasions when an order doesn't go as planned. Our position is to accept responsibility, correct the error immediately, and issued an apology.”

I have an adult son who was in a traffic accident and suffered Traumatic Brain Injury and is totally disabled. We need alot of medical supplies as he is tube fed, requires a condom Catheter, need briefs, and many other supplies for his daily care. JRS Medical goes out of their way to get special items in addition to the everyday items we use. These are things not covered by insurance for the most part, but I do get some things from them that insurance does cover because it is easier and often cheaper to deal with them instead of insurance approved carriers.
