I ordered from JRS Medical because of the other reviews. The other reviews were correct. Ordered on the 29th and received my order on the 30th. The only downside was fairly expensive shipping. Overall good experience.

My husband recently had hip replacement surgery and the nurse recommended Mefix tape to bandage the area where his drain had been. There was none to be found locally so I did a search on the internet. The first place I found charged $10.42 for a roll, the second was $9.04, then I came across JRS which was $5.23. I placed the order late Sunday night and received it today (Wednesday). All I can say is "WOW"! Thanks for the wonderful service! It's such a pleasure doing business with a company that really cares about customer service!

I ordered an invacare walker at 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, and it was delivered the next day at 11:30 p.m. I was tremendously impressed by the speed at which I received the walker. Everything was as advertised, and the price was much lower than at my neighborhood pharmacy. I would certainly use JRS again.

Wonderful, lightning-fast service and delivery! I ordered on a Sunday, my package shipped on Monday, and arrived on Tuesday! The quality of the items is excellent, and I couldn't come close to matching their great price anywhere. I (and other happy Greyhound and Italian Greyhound owners who have ordered incontinence pads from you) will be sending many more people your way.

The thing that caught my eye on JRS' website was the fact that they would ship the same day. Most others would take up to 4 days. That was important for me since I have been looking for this particular product and needed it asap. I used the chat help with customer service and asked the rep how long it would take for delivery. I was surprised that the rep actually looked up the product to see if the product was in the inventory at their nearest warehouse. Since it was, he/she said that I would be able to receive it in 1-2 days. I am very happy to say that I received it the next day. Excellent service = very happy customer

I recently purchased a CPAP pillow from JRS Medical. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately, did not stack up to what was in their description. I contacted them to return it and was told they couldn't return it because I took it out of the plastic and tried it. How else can you tell that it's uncomfortable and doesn't support my neck like claimed? Anyway, be careful what you buy from them. You may not be able to return it.

We spoke with this customer serveral times and explained to her that because of sanitary reasons we cannot return pillows to our warehouses that have been opened and used. We have a very strict policy of not reselling open pillows or cushions. Our customers expect and deserve to receive products that are safe for their use. This policy is stated on our website.

Please do not ever order from this company! I ordered a case of adult diapers. The size was NEVER mentioned in the description of the diapers and I was never prompted to specify which size I had ordered. They shipped a case of size SMALL and I needed size LARGE. When I contacted Customer Service they said I could return the case of SMALLs and then put in a new order for size LARGE. The order code for size LARGE is not even mentioned on the website! The customer service manager was not willing to pay for my return shipping. I think this is terrible business practice. I've been shopping on the internet for over 10 years and have never seen a company so rude to it's customers! They misrepresented an item on their website and I have to pay for their mistake. Do a Google search and find another company to provide your medical needs. This one doesn't deserve your business.  
 
UPDATE - IN RESPONSE TO JRS MEDICAL'S RESPONSE: The point here is that I NEVER ordered a size "SMALL"! The product description on the website doesn't even mention "size"...it doesn't prompt you for "size". How are you supposed to know what size will be shipped? Is that the way to sell an adult diaper? They expect the customer to call them to clarify which size will be sent. If that's the case, then state that in the product description. Don't just send a size SMALL and assume the customer wants to buy that size...OH...then charge them for the return shipping if it happens to be the wrong size! If I wanted to buy the diapers on the phone, I would have called in the first place. But I instead chose to use the internet and wasn't greatly diappointed.

Our website states that we will accept a product back at OUR expense IF we shipped a product other than what was ordered. In this case, we shipped the product that SHE ORDERED. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on products they ordered, but decide for whatever reason, to return.

I've been shopping online for medical supplies for roughly 9 years.  
 
JRS Medical is one of the very best companies from which I have ever purchased supplies. They don't require large quantities in order to receive an excellent price (many of their prices are excellent, but I always recommend at least using Google Shopping to check prices of the product you need).  
 
Most of my JRS orders have arrived quite fast. JRS Medical's shipping is free on most orders above $100, and when not above $100 or if an item is too heavy/large to include in free shipping (because the shipping company will charge them more) I have found their shipping price to be reasonable.  
 
I'm a very satisfied customer and when JRS has the best price(s) on what I need, I won't hesitate to order from them again.  
 
A bonus is that JRS says they are donating 3% of all December sales to St. Jude (I assume that is the children's hospital; I'm going to try to call St. Jude's in a few months just to see if JRS follows through, but I certainly believe they will, which makes me feel even better about doing business with JRS).

What a GREAT COMPANY! I could not be any more pleased with my first transaction.  
 
Having a disabled partner I have recently chosen to order supplies directly on the internet to save money. One particular item I was paying at least $4-5 each for and I found them on this site for $31 for a case of 50. UNBELIEVEABLE. I quickly place my order and received it via Fed Ex home delivery two days later. I will never buy retail again. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I placed an order with JRS Medical by phone and ask for a quantity of 10 of one item. When the order arrived there were only five. I called back and was told that if I wanted the other five they would place a second order and I would be charged a second shipping charge. I spoke with a supervisor who confirmed that even though the mistake was theirs I would have to pay the shipping charge. The whole point of ordering 10 was to avoid the additional shipping charge. The people at JRS Medical may be polite, but they do not take responsibility for their mistakes; they expect the customer to pay for them. I was told that even if it meant losing my future business they would not ship the rest of my order without a second shipping charge.
