posted Dec-29-2011“As I stated to Roger3, there was a Paypal issue with his order. Once Roger3 contacted us about his missing order, I responsed immediately. We shipped his product out that day and he received it the following day. I accepted full responsibility for the issue and extended my apology to Roger3. Unfortunately, there are occasions when an order doesn't go as planned. Our position is to accept responsibility, correct the error immediately, and issued an apology.”

"JRS Medical is a wonderful company to be with. I have a hopital homebound child who has a great deal of medical needs on a regular basis. I have done a great deal of research before deciding on a company for my sons needs. I found JRS to be extermly reliable,cost of supplies and shipping are good.The added addition of the personable attention in regards to my son and our family has been a blessing.
