Thanks for shopping from JJsHouse.com and sharing your shopping experience with us.
After checking the picture you send to us, we do apologize for the stain on your dress. Firstly, please kindly accept our sincere apology.
We highly suggest you remove this kind of stain at home because according to our experience, this kind of stain can be easily removed and after that, it will still be a beautiful dress, worth the money you have paid.
Anyway, we are not here just writing to shoulder off the responsibility. I have reported your case to our manage. We believe she will work out a top solution for you. Please kindly do not worry about it.
Thanks again for your time.”

"Keeping in mind, we did purchase a $200 brand new wedding dress, customized to my daughter's size. Having said that, there were several blemishes that we were not happy with. We did not contact the company about this because we did not have time to get it corrected. When the dress arrived (it was quite shocking to get an entire wedding dress folded tightly into a very small box) it had some dark marks on the fabric-we had to take it to a dry cleaners before she ever wore it! Also, in the front-close to the waist, someone had marked the inside of the white satin with pen, writing numbers on the material. You could see it through the fabric. Somehow my dry cleaners miraculously got it out without any bleeding, but goodness! Who writes on wedding satin & then uses that part to make a wedding dress? Also, the beading on the dress was totally gorgeous-we loved the beading! But the silver sequins under every bead was tacky & cheapened the dress. Wish they would have allowed for a color choice (white sequins over silver) or the ability to not have them put on at all. I ended up cutting all the sequins off the dress & it is absolutely gorgeous now. Lastly, the top portion of the dress (shoulders & sleeves) was a pretty sheer fabric. Up side-it was pretty, down side was that you could see the raw edges & extra lengths of thread through, so that wasn't very professionally done. I am a sewer (I draw the line at wedding dresses though) and I noticed many cut corners & raw edges that should have been done better. Perhaps a non-sewer would not notice. Again, it was a $200 dress, but you would expect higher quality when working on something as important as a wedding dress.
As an aside, I did order my mother-of-the-bride dress from them at the same time. It is beautiful & the quality is good, I only needed a quick steam at the dry cleaners to make it ready, along with removing the tacky sequins from it as well.
A friend ordered her prom dress from them & I was beautiful as well-no problems.
Just be aware that with wedding dresses, it may need some work once you receive it before the wedding day. Order well in advance."
