You were not mislead. We suggested to you that had you purchased the warranty, you phone would have been replaced since it was outside of the "grace period" for returns.

"I too think that jab Cellular is a Fraud Company as I placed an order on Dec13th/09for a couple of iphones.Jab Cellular received my money through paypal and I have not heard from them since.I have sent too many emails to count and phone calls and not one response from them.Have put in a complaint about jab cellular with paypal and still waiting to hear back."
