"I ordered a CCM Blue Warrior BlueTooth Car Kit on 06-12-06, and now it's 06-23-06. I received a copy of the invoice dated 06-12-06 saying that the item has been shipped via USPS Priority Mail. My bank account was debited $48.44 on 06-14-06. So far 6 e-mails and at least that many calls to an answering machine have not produced any results. Now I am trying to get Wells Fargo to refund my money due to fraud."
"I placed an order for a Samsung SGH-207 ear phone car kit on June 8, and paid for second day shipping. As of June 23, I still have received no merchandise. Despite my constant efforts I have not been able to get an update or response from the company. No responses to voice messages and e-mails, except on one occasion a person answered the phone and he said they had the item in stock and would ship that day but I have received nothing, and that was not several days ago. Their voice message refers the caller to a website but the on-line system simply tells me that the order is in process but does not seem to allow tracking nor cancellation."
"I purchased an earphone for my Nokia 6101 flip phone. I specifically selected this company because they were close. I live just north of San Francisco, so I assumed that my order would only take a few days. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. They're web site gives no indication that anything has been shipped and they won’t return my emails and phone calls.
I run an ecommerce web site myself and I know that when people order from us that live in the Bay Area, they receive their merchandise within a couple of days, and that’s using regular ground shipping from UPS.
I don’t know what kind of nonsense iphonespcs, or sfmobile, (or whatever they’re calling themselves this week) are trying to pull, but if they think I won’t take them to small claims court for 20 bucks, they’ve got another thing coming! "
"These are the same people who operate as SFMobile.com. I bought something from SF Mobile, and when it didn't arrive I left email and phone messages - got no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB and learned that the company is officially known as iPhones PCS. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. REad the ratings under SF Mobile - they are crooks."
"Ordered a cell phone case on 12/22/04 from this company through Yahoo shops. Case has yet to show up. No response to email, fax, or phone calls. Just get voicemail to leave name and number but no one calls back. This place is an out and out ripoff. I paid with debit card, will NEVER do that again. I'm screwed. First time I've been totally ripped off in ten years of buying on the internet."
"Confirmation of order said product would ship in 2-3 days. Three weeks later I still have NOT received the product, my credit card has been billed. I have sent two emails to their customer service with no response. Called their office at least a dozen times and only get voicemail...no return callback. At this point I feel like I have been scammed"
"Placed ordered 12/8 with 3 day shipping. As of 12/16 no product. Unanswered calls and emails sent to vendor with no return communication from vendor. On-line order status says that USPS was notified of an 'Expected' shipment from the vendor. Called CC company to reverse charge. Worst on-line shopping experience EVER.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM This store also goes by many different names (eight so far)...sfmobile.com, exoticwireless.com, 007pcs.com, iphonespcs.com, ewirelessdepot.com, Wireless Zone, iTrade, Think Wireless"
"Ordered with Priority Mail (2-3 Days) - They charged my credit card immediately. After a week I tried to contact by email and by phone- no luck with either.
Looks like I just got ripped off. I will contect with Master Card after 30 days."
"Wish I would of read all this prior to ordering!!!! Would of saved me a lot of grief!!!! All the negative comments left by others is very true. They just don't care about their products, service, or customers. "
"This company appears to now be doing business as "SFMobile," although they're still based in San Fran, they still use the web site www.iphonespcs.com, and they still suck just as bad as previous reviews have indicated.
I placed an order for a cell phone data cable on Wednesday. I bought from them because they had the lowest price. I needed this cable before I left on a trip on Friday of the following week (9 days). Their web site listed the cable as in stock with a 3-5 day availability. By Sunday, their online order tracking page still didn't list a tracking number for my cable, so I emailed them to check on the status. At the end of the day on Monday, they finally responded that the cable was out of stock. Their online catalog still listed it as in stock.
They made no apology for lying about the stock status, nor did the order confirmation email I received inform me that it was back ordered. Instead, they waited until I went beating on doors before they admitted it. By then, it was too late for me to get the cable anywhere else before my trip, which was extremely frustrating.
I expressed my displeasure with them and requested that they cancel my order so I could buy the cable from a competent retailer (store.theaccessoryking.com). They claim to have cancelled the order (my next credit card statement will say for sure), but they still made no apologies for their mistake and never refuted my accusations regarding their business practices."

"Ordered replacement cell phone antenna and case from these guys about 3 weeks ago. Credit card charged immediately. Order not received yet inspite of quick delivery promise. No response yet to three emails. Their phone mail box is full. These guys seem like pretty shady people. Web research indicates that my experience is not unique. My next call is to San Francisco PD. They will take reports over the phone(415-553-0123)."
