I knew that it was going to take awhile to get and I was okay with that as long as the product was great. And the look of it is, yet I ordered an XL which I am in everything including other bustiers that I have and I followed the sizing chart and it said fits dress size 14-16 which I am a 14 and yet the product literally fits half of me. I am so disappointed after all the time I waited it fits maybe someone who is a size Medium. I ordered several items before Christmas that were said to be "in stock" but a couple days later the company sent me an email saying one of the items (the most expensive) was temporarily out of stock and would be shipped separately. Fine, I get that -- a simple inventory mistake. The other stuff took 1 1\/2 MONTHS to be delivered, but the out of stock item never showed up EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. <br><br>I contacted the company in February, asking for a refund and they told me it was going to take a while because of the Chinese Spring Festival, but the refund was never issued. I contacted IntimatesCare.com again in late March, but they are no longer responding. I paid through PayPal, but the company says it's too late to contest the charge.<br><br>Long story short, IntimatesCare ripped me off.
