reply posted May-16-2013 “Sorry for the inconvenience, dear. We can not contact with you when the item is cancelled because, the iorder system and the product system are totally different. So we can not notify you of the cancelling in time. We will discuss with our IT department to solve that problem if possible. Thanks for your advice, any suggestion is appreciated.”
