Has anybody been able to return the defective parts to the manufacturer for a manufacturer's warranty?? My HD began to make this loud "grrrr" noise and it has slowed down my computer considerably. After reading this website, I never knew there were so many problems!! When I bought it, the laptop was AWESOME, but now i'm seeing these problems!!

I bought a laptop from them just as they were going downhill. Reading all the unfulfilled orders, I'm so lucky that I ordered sooner than late.  
 
Tried to get some tech support on the phone, said they'd ship me the needed parts then I wait a whole month and still nothing. My laptop "is" (or at least was) under warrantee and now I feel cheated.  
 
My order process even then wasn't smooth at all; I could never get a clear reason for delay until I threatened to cancel my order.  
 
There was someone else who bought the same laptop as me a day after I made my purchase, he got his laptop within a week and I recieved mine finally after waiting 2 weeks. They obviously have no priorities.

I bought my Laptop and it has been giving me problems. I had once written to the techsupport and they returned my email. I had problem once again and I am unable to contact them. Seems like they closed the shop. I registered a complaint with BBB and they said they cannto contact anyone. I am not sure what can be done here. Any ideas??

My hard drive is completely dead. I still have a warranty... I am not sure in the order date - I got just before last Christmas. I couldn't contact the Internetishop - the phone is disconnected, their email doesn't work as well.

Hoping to get my money back from my credit card company after placing and order and waiting a month. Of course I have the same story. This company's website is down, their phone and fax are shut off and email is returned as undeliverable. Does not make me feel so bad that that others were taken as well but still was not good for any of us.

I am a CEO of a webdesign/services firm. I recently purchased a computer via InternetIshop and within three weeks my harddrive failed. I tried contacting them and realized... There not in business anymore. I also stumbled across numerous forums like this one. Where people like yourself and I have been ripped off by InternetIshop and Hugebee. I am currently working with a lawyer and am willing to start a class action lawsuit against InternetIshop and its affiliates. Never received any communication after they got paid; item never arrived. Phone is now disconnected - calls were never returned, nor was e-mail responded to. They are now kicked off eBay.

I made a purchase from this company on the 6th of September 2004 and to date I am yet to receive any merchandise and all attempts to contact the company has been unsuccessful. Looks like I am out of $144.00 unless my credit card company reimburses me. I will never shop here again.

I will not go into detail about my problems considering how many similar complaints I have just read. This comment is simply to verify every negative review of this company and its products. Apparently, using cheap, poor-quality components has caught up to them and they can't afford to continue making repairs / replacing parts. They are closed as far as I know. Do not purchase from this company, HugeBee or any other DBA of HugeBee Group.

I purchsed a computor aug 28,2004.Its now sept 26,2004 and still no computer.When i could reach them by phone they kept putting the shipping date off.Now from what i understand they are out of buisness phones are disconected , no email website down.I purchase this computer thru ebay from internet i shop and went thru pay pal to pay for it. I filed a complaint with pay pal and ebay.Now i heard from pay pal and they give them ten days to settle this instead of tring to get my money back,which give them enough time to close both ebay and paypal accounts now i cant get my money back.ever place gives me another site to complain or try to get my money refunded but no one can do it.why do these companys exist if they cant help get your money back all they do is waste your time and gives internetishop time to clean out there accounts which is not fair to us as consumers.

On 7/8/04 I ordered a P4 3.06G 1.0G / 60G(5400)/ ATI 64M product number: 732D30X. The first week I had it I had a problem and after troubleshooting, I contacted the InternetiShop tech dept. They said there was a major problem with it and to send it back. It was shipped back by U.P.S. on 7/23/04. After about a week or so, the tech dept. contacted me and said it had to be sent back to the manufacture. I called back a week later, and InternetiShop said it was still out. I called the first week of Sept. and was told they would be receiving it back shortly. Once they received it, they would check it out. I should have it by the end of the following week at the latest. I have made a few calls since and always get a story.I called 8/9/04 and was told they were going to call the manufacturer in a half hour when they open and see what was going on with it. They would contact me either by e-mail or phone to let me know what was going on. No call... No e-mail... So again, I called 8/10/04 the next day and no one had a clue about anything. According to the background conversation it sounded like it was lost. I have made subsequent calls on 9/14/02, 9/20/04, 9/21/02, and 9/23/04. On 9/14/04, I was told by someone named Min that I would be receiving a full refund to my credit card. I kept checking my account on line, but a credit was never issued. All calls after 9/20/04 were answered by a machine stating “all lines are busy.” In addition, the website of Internetishop is down at present.

I had bought a laptop from internetishop(gen-x-pc?)

2198 Pomona Blvd., Pomona, CA 91768 on the 28th of May 2004.  
I had to send this item back to internetishop for repairs on the 20th of Aug. 2004. This product has been in there hands ever since then and I can not contact them to find out where it is or even if they still have it. All there phone numbers are disconnected and web site is down.I had contacted the BBB and the California Attorney General as of the 21st of September to make Complaints and begin an investigation about there practices. All I ask is that I get what belongs to me and that is my laptop. The consumer Affairs for california will be my next contact along with other resources to resolve this issue! Can you assist me to resolve this issue immediately. This issue will only get worse!
