Reading all the unfulfilled orders, I\u0027m so lucky that I ordered sooner than late. <br><br>Tried to get some tech support on the phone, said they\u0027d ship me the needed parts then I wait a whole month and still nothing. My laptop \u0022is\u0022 (or at least was) under warrantee and now I feel cheated. <br><br>My order process even then wasn\u0027t smooth at all; I could never get a clear reason for delay until I threatened to cancel my order. <br><br>There was someone else who bought the same laptop as me a day after I made my purchase, he got his laptop within a week and I recieved mine finally after waiting 2 weeks.
