The computer I ordered was on a fairly long back-order as it was a brand new model. In fact, they were the only company that was even taking pre-orders for this model. This allowed me to put the order in early. I had no problem waiting as I did not need the unit right away. The laptop finally did arrive very close to their estimate, and during the waiting period, the company was excellent at keeping me informed of the laptop\u0027s status. The laptop arrived packed very nicely, and included everything that I ordered. No problems at all. I loaded all of the software and the laptop has been performing beyond by expectations ever since. I absolutely love it. For the record, I had been researching laptops for over 6 months, just waiting for the right model that had the features, power and price that perfectly addressed my needs. I have definitely found it in the ASUS. I also was very careful and did just as much research in the various vendors that sold them. I was pleased at how many quality on-line vendors there were to choose from. I\u0027m sure that others may have provided a good experience, and many had web-sites whose navigation ease and \u0022sizzle\u0022 far surpassed IST\u0027s; however despite that, IST has proven to me that they most certainly were a great choice, and I would make the same choice if I had it to do over again.
