We understand that our customers search the web using search engines like Google, Bing, and Amazon for the best prices on products. After further review it does show that when searching for “Espon Workforce 40 printer” Instawares does come up first in the list of online stores. When using search engines, they query items that have the closest match that is entered in the search field and once you continue to the merchant’s website, a more detailed description of the product is given. In some cases what pulls up are equivalents or similar makes and models of the desired searched item. We do not offer that particular model and the site returned a closest match search result. Our intention and business practices are never to bait and switch, but to provide quality products at the best price. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion and have issued a full refund. We appreciate your business and value your feedback.”

"I got to instawares on the web looking for an Epson workforce 40 printer. Instawares was advertising the printer at the cheapest price and that should have been a red flag. When I clicked on the printer to go to checkout I failed to notice that the printer that came up was the workforce 30, an earlier model. It was a few dollars cheaper. When the printer arrived I saw the mistake I made and returned it.Then I went to the web and checked the printer on instawares website again. I clicked on the workforce 40 only to have the workforce 30 show up. In fact I could not find the workforce 40 printer anywhere on their site. This is a classic bait and switch.
