I had found the product online for less expensive, and Instawares was quick in replying that they would meet the price. I was very pleased. Unfortunately, though, the product that was shipped was NOT the one I had ordered. The packaging was almost identical, but it clearly had a different UPC number. Apparently they had some shipping mistakes and sent our things to Ohio (we\u0027re in Arizona), and I had to keep calling and checking on it before it all finally got here. "We placed an order for glasses. They came back with a promised delivery of one month away so we waited. When they didn't arrive we called and they said someone would call back. We later received a generic email that said they were unable to fill the order. I called back to talk to customer service. Customer service was busy and would have to call me back. I still haven't received a call. Either I've been singled out or all of the 5 star reviews are from their employees."
