"I recently purchased (still in the shipping process) Sony TRV33 camcorder from inoax and I am overall pretty much satisfied with my shopping experience. Initially I was a bit hesitant as I didn't want to order any accessories, so I called them first and frankly asked if my order will go through without any accessories.
I spoke to a representative named "Roman" and he was very nice and said that I just need to order what I really want. He suggested to place an order over the phone, so that he would process it immediately. I agreed and placed the order. He did insist that I buy extended warranty but didn't push me too hard. My camcorder was shipped the next day as he promised (without the warranty or any accessories).
Now I am just waiting for it to reach my hands :-)"
"Ordered online. Last 3 verification number of credit card wasn't requested. A Representative left a message on my cell the next day, asking me to call in for confirmation.
The wait for calling in was around 3-10 minutes (because I was not willing to wait so I hung up). I was put on hold multiple times with no indication that any representative would answer my call soon. I called back in a few times, found that if I go through another department (not customer service) and ask directly for the name of the person who asked me to call in, I could get served quicker.
Anyway, the Rep tried really really hard to sell me stuffs. I knew that from reading these reviews, so I just politely said no. He tried to sell me least 4-5 different products. I also kept a smiling tone of voice, thanking the Rep for his enthusiasm (there is no harm from doing this. It only takes about 3-5 minutes of your time).
Order, Nikon Coolpix 5700, was ordered on Thursday. Called in on Friday. Order arrived on Monday. Very quick. New condition.
Bottom Line:
- Delivery: FAST (1-2 business days). Possibly, might have to do with my being polite to the Rep.
- Customer service: Fair, or not good. I'd prefer not to receive the extra advertisements of other products. This is the Company's poor service. I don't blame the Representative. The wait on the phone was frustrating.
- Shop again: Yes. Cheap price with reasonable service > More expensive price with great service > Cheapest price ($100 lower = scam) with horrible service"

"I was concerned at first, after I read all of the negitive reports, but I am happy to say that they came through for me. I ordered a Garmin CF Que 1620 online from Inoax on 12/27/04. "Scott" from Inoax called me later that morning to confirm the order and to make sure I knew what I was ordering. I told him I knew what I was ordering and he did not try to push any accessories at me, I guess because I was ordering an accessory for my PDA. The item was shipped out with an accurate DHL tracking number on 12/27/04 and I received it on 12/30/04. I just might do business with them again. "

"I wanted the Magellan Explorist 200 because it just had come out. After researching prices I finally found Inoax.com. After speaking with a knowledgeable salesman I purchased this model with some accessories. In which they have so much in stock. "

I love the HUGE 3" LCD screen and the rotating button, i like all the modes it offers and it is a great product in general, you can take pictures from many different megapixel sizes to save space, and they all come out nicely, the first couple pictures had a couple orbs in them but after that there where no more, the bottons on the top arent as bad as every1 says it just takes a little gettin used to. And if i were to buy a camera or anything again i would buy from fotoconnection again. FAST SHIPPING ... got here b4 they said it would, and overall the camera if the best for its price and fotocannection is the cheapest around. THANKS FOTOCONNECTION! "
"FotoConnection is very professional. I placed the order on a Sunday and I got my Nikon package the following Tuesday. The sales person is polite, professional and knows how to handle customer. They are honest and consistent with the advertising they post on the website.
Exactly the opposite of the previous site where I initially placed my order in December. The other site [that claims they offer the best price for Nikon] cannot complete the order I placed in December. At that time, they commit to delivery of 5 weeks [sometime early February]. In January, I made a follow-up and the representative that answered my call was impolite and cannot provide a firm response. I made another follow-up on at a later date and the new delivery date they could commit is in June/July month. I asked if I could speak to the manager but they cannot direct my call to an Operations or Customer Service Manager. I end up cancelling my order. On the same December time period, another site also claimed that they offer Nikon at a lower price, when I placed my order, they said product is out of stock so I withdrew my order. Few hours after after I cancelled the order, I visited the website and saw that they increased the prices of their SLR camera product packages. For other on-line shoppers and photography enthusiasts, watch out for these sites.
The FotoConnection's Nikon package I purchased is higher by couple of hundred dollars compared to the other site but the good customer treatment provided by their professional staff outweighs the additional cost. "
