They let me know they were going to be releasing a new case that was designed for my pocket pc.<br><br>They even took the time to email me to let me know when they did release it. I ordered it immediately.<br><br>Shipping was extremely fast eventhough they are not based in the United States. I spent the extra money for Fedex shipping(not expensive at all) and I received my case three business days after I ordered.<br><br>Quality case and great customer service. "Purchased an Innopocket case for my Palm Tungsten E. Arrive last night and it is great.
Shipping took a little longer than I would have liked, but when I looked into it I realized that Innopocket was in Hong Kong... no wonder. I think Innopocket should be a little bit more open about where they are and ALWAYS use a shipping method with tracking."
