I have shopped from this store many times, and the prices and policies are just great, keep up the good work!

I ordered my skates Friday night and they arrived Monday afternoon. Excellent shipping. The skates were exactly as described on the website. No surprises. Prices were comparable to other sites. I am a first time shopper with them and was pretty skeptical as the skates were $200. But they arrived earlier than expected and were exactly what I was looking for. Very satisfied.

Easy ordering, well laid out web site. Good customer service contact and quick reply via email, and can also use Forum on site. Decent prices. Good communication around order and shipping. Reasonable shipping costs and uses carrier with tracking for package. Have done repeat business with and will continue to, and would recommend these folks to others.

I have ordered wheels and bearings from Inline Warehouse several times and have always received my items exactly as promised. Yesterday I ordered a new pair of inline skates and they have already shipped and the tracking info is on the UPS website. I have never had to return an item, so I can't speak to that aspect of their customer service, but if you know what you are looking for this company ships promptly and at competitive prices.

When ordering backorder skates, I was told I could add to the order to take advantage of the promotions up until 3 days later, when they were expected to ship. They shipped the next day, and I called within 24 hours of placing to add to it, but they wouldn't honor the promos on my new order even though the rep said it had just shipped in the few hours before. I politely asked him to speak to his supervisor(I'm a rep for a toy company myself, and I know that hostility isn't necessary) to get the promotions as I was expecting. I run things by my super all the time to help customers out, and it's not like a me vs. the customer thing like it was with this guy. After he came back it seemed to me that he was trying to put me on the defensive, which really wasn't appropriate because I just asked them to honor what they were offering, and I wasn't demanding about it. There must be something wrong with their leadership there, because I don't know of many companies that will let reps get away with trying to bully their customers.  
 
If you want to take advantage of their good prices, get your order exactly how you want it, place it online, and don't expect any understanding if things go anything less than perfect. Hopefully I'll get everything okay, because if something goes missing/wrong I don't think they'll be much help.

I have purchased two items from this vendor so far and both times have been great. Very prompt shipping and great prices as well. Both of my orders have been on overnight shipping and both were delivered overnight as expected.  
 
My latest order was for a set of abec 9 bearings that I need as soon as possible. Placed the order this past sunday and asked for overnight shipping. My order will arrive today, Tuesday, exactly as planned.

I have never been more harassed in my life by a company. I purchased some skates. They called the next day and said that model wasn't in stock but offered another for $10 more. I accepted and they shipped those skates. However they charged me both for the skates they never sent and the skates they did send. I asked for a credit and they said it was coming. It didn't come so I disputed the charge with Amex. The guy began to call my house daily and harass my wife. I finally explained to the guy what happened and he said he didn't charge me twice (as though I disputed a mythical charge with Amex.) Then he threatens to charge my credit card again. Then he threatens to turn me over to a collection agency! This is the WORST treatment of any vendor and now I have to cancel my credit card because this guy has my number and who knows what he will charge on it. STAY AWAY!

I'm very satisfied. Good price, fast shipping, well packaged item and easy to understand confirmation e-mail.

I purchased a goalie jock from them, after some research on other various models, finding them to be a combo of a) closest geographically to me and b) lowest price. I had to call them to confirm a few payment details, and the person at the other end of the line cleared everything up; quite friendly. The shipment came through exactly as specified, so I'm happy with the transaction.

Quick, free FedEx ground shipping, plus best prices on the web. Decent communications (sent out order confirmation almost immediately, shipping confirmation early the next morning) - no problems at all.

I was skeptical about buyiing from them because they had no feedback on this site, but their service was impeccable, same day shipping, good email contact, item well packaged. Definitely a good experience.
