What\u0027s not to like? <br><br>My last order a week ago (May 2007), I had two cartridges selected, an OEM and a re-manufactured. In the comments space, I asked if they could substitute a re-manufactured cartridge if they had it in stock. They did and billed me the lower price. That\u0027s awesome service!<br><br>They have great prices on the Canon brand Photo Ink that I use as well. Upon opening the package noted the cartridge was damaged (toner ink everywhere. Whew what a mess!). Anyway, I called the toll free number for Inksite and informed them of my problem. Michael took the call and immediately said he would look into my problem. The printer is old and they no longer make the cartridges I was told. So he called around to see if he could find me another. When he called back, he said the distributor said they had one more cartridge but that the box was slightly damaged but offered that they could wrap the toner cartridge in more bubble wrap in order to protect it. <br>Well, I wasn\u2019t comfortable with the notion, and suggested a refund. He said he understood and I promptly received an email stating the refund had been made. <br>I will be purchasing a new printer to replace this one now.<br>I really appreciated Michael\u2019s professionalism in handling the problem encountered with my order. I will not hesitate to give him my business in the future. <br>Although he was not able to fulfill my needs this time, he will definitely get my business on my next toner cartridge purchase. Price was good and shipping costs were VERY reasonable - less than $5 by priority mail. Parts were genuine Xerox and fit perfectly. I placed an order for a set of printheads on Wednesday at 2:30 PM PST, and it was delivered on Friday at noon. I opted for the cheapest delivery, which was USPS priority, and instead they sent it UPS ground and it came faster! Also, they accept PayPal and the payment process was very easy. I have confirmation from PayPal, and I didn\u0027t have to send my credit card numbers through the Internet yet another time. I received two e-mails from Inksite, and the entire process was easy to watch by logging into their site. They get my highest rating for this transaction. "Best place to have bought inks so far bar none. Replacement cartridges are exactly the same as oem and the colors are as good as oem, other retailers that i have used the colors were messy with the print head and some smeared and some the cartridges just didnt seat properly. Also the shipping - what can i say ordered thursday and got it friday with post office shipping. INKSITE is on the ball for shipping and he has the right suppliers for inks and i have 2 printers that i use a lot. keep up the great work INKSITE you have a customer for life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
