Took care of problem - quickly

" InkPlusToner called back early the next day and told me to call back and who to talk to. I explained the problem and they immediately sent me a new print cartridge, free of charge. The first one only last for 2 months and usually I can get over 2 years with one cartridge. They really impressed me with their promptness and courtesy and taking care of the problem so quickly. This impresses me with this company. In this day and time this positive, taking care of the problem asap is far and few between. ***** Keep up the great job. "

Still testing

"I ordered several ink cartridge replacements. One seems to working ok but a second cartidge, the large black container, stopped functioning when less than half of the ink was used. "

Incorrect ink was sent.

"I ordered ink for my mothers printer. The company mailed out the wrong ink. My mother already opened it and tried to put it in the printer but it wasn't working. She later called me and I had to go to her home to realize that the company mailed the wrong ink. Now I can't return it cause it's been opened. Never had a problem before but now I have to make sure I tell my mother to look at the model before opening it. "
