Don't buy there. they sent me the wrong article, and returning it was a royal pain in the butt. they didn't even refund the full price.  
Also, I'm now getting spam mails from them to which I never subscribed.

I had a very pleasant experience with Infotechnow. I ordered my item on a Thursday with 2nd Day shipping, they processed the order and had it shipped within hours and my package arrived undamaged and in great condition on Monday! Speedy service and quality products, I would recommend Infotechnow to prospective PC component buyers!

Infotech now is a quality company, had no problems with purchasing from them.  
 
I had a nice phone conversation with them, went online, ordered my Asus G1 laptop priced awesomely $50 less than every other seller and within an hour of that I had my order set and confirmed.  
 
I could check my order status with my order number on their site and the UPS had a set delivery date and so I knew when I would receive it.  
 
The package came perfect and I took everything out and everything was perfect, the laptop runs great I am writing this review on it now.  
 
I was very satisfied overall, quick processing and fast shipment, I recommend Infotech now.  
 

I ordered an Asus laptop W7J from this store, and shipping took 48 hrs after order. (I live in CA) It was much faster than I expected, so I was very pleased. They have only Asus laptops but anyway they offer quite good price, so to someone has an idea to buy asus i would recommend this store. But the shipping tracking tool on the site didn't work properly. I sent an email to ask my shipping status, and they replied very fast.

I sent several emails for support on the two items I purchased. They was no reply to them and no reply to have me removed off your mailing list.  
 
This was my first order with your company and for sure the last one. Your company has a very good web site and prices, but your support sinks...

This store has everything I need. I drive from Tacoma, even with today's gas prices. InfoTech exceeds my expectations and I am very pleased with their selection of accessories. I spent $600 on Friday and I am going to buy the rest of my gear soon. I am now a lifetime customer.  
 
Next Visit... I have spent 2,500 on my new pc and Infotech has treated me very well. I was given great service in the tech department by Chris and he helped me through a difficult problem with ease. Thanks, Infotech and Chris!

I've been a customer of Infortech for several years. I've been to their store in Federal Way, WA when I used to live in the Seattle-Tacoma area; since I've been in the East Coast area I've purchased a number of systems and components for clients as well as for personal use. Their prices are good; the occasional defective product was always replaced promptly; their tech support has been competent and timely; the occasional order glitch has been quickly and fairly resolved. I continue to use them as my primary source for most components.

hello I sent a email message to Infotech a while ago and didn't recieved answer yet....anyway the package and product was good " My question was : when I inserted a CD Driver to install the card didn't work means ;didn't appeared a instructions instalation window to ussually have when you insert a instalation cd,but I notice the Pc reconigzed the VIDEO card and it is working..it is ok...? , also I am wondering if Infotech have a Remote Control and The IR device to use in this equipmet,please I hope somebody can answer this questions.Thanks

Always very happy with infotech. I get my parts quickly and I hardly ever have to exchange, but when I do it is always a postitive experience.

I have purchased from Infotech for the last seven years and have found them to be a very reliable company. Like many other computer outlets they are not perfect but I would rate them in the top 10%. I have order over a hundred times from them and they have always been on time, professional, and sold a product that you can rely on. The few times I have had a problem they have always been willing to work it out.

Thus far, I've been extremely satisfied with all of my purchases from InfoTech. While I miss the convenience of being able to walk into their store (I moved to the east coast), being able to order exactly what I want and having it shipped to me is a close second.  
 
They have a great selection, competitive prices and are willing to build you a custom PC that can easily hold its own against the "brand-name" PCs.

Great, quick delivery. Everything was just as ordered and described.

I ordered a Koolance Exos Liquid Cooling System (Blue LED)that they have listed on their website. I ordered this product in the morning and was not home when they called at 1:30 pm the same day and they said the did not have the blue LED model as listed on their site, but a red stock LED model. I could have found a stock red model on the internet for much less than the price I was charged. I specifically went with this company since they advertised they had a blue LED model for sale. I called them at 5:45 the same day to cancel my order and was transfered to the webmaster who chuckled (?!) when he heard I would like to cancel my order over such a issue. He said he had no way of knowing if my order had ever shipped and I would have to call back monday. I found a email from them saying the sent my order 1 hour (2:30) after leaving a message on my machine asking if I wanted it or not. Between a nasty attitude and bait and switch tactics on their web site, I will not shop with them again.
