"Something's not quite right with this outfit, but I received my HP ProCurve 2810-24G & 2810-248G switches quickly. Pricing was about 40% lower than any other retailer which led me to believe these were refurbs, but IM claimed they were NIB. To me, saving $4k-$5k was worth the risk of having to dispute CC charges if anything had gone wrong. FYI, their website is redirecting to tonerland.com right now - not sure what that's about."
"The memory I ordered at a great great price was DOA and for a moment I braced myself for a horrible internet shopping replacement experience. I called and spoke to Michael who ran me through what would be your standard diag questions. Quickly understanding that I knew what I was doing, he made my issue a personal case for him. From then on, we conveniently communicated by email resolving RMA, shipping, receipt, testing of replacement ECC DIMMS and return shipment. The memory I got back simply sings! Thanks Michael, I will shop Infinity Micro and have told many friends already. "
"Great buying experience. I put my order in for an IBM T41p on sunday, unit was shipped on tuesday and 2 days later on thursday it was in my hands :) To top it off an Infinity Micro rep called me up on Friday to make sure I received the laptop and everything was fine with it. Combine that with lowest price I've found on the web and you can't beat the value."
"Good deals always get better. Infinity Micro is a good deal. I experienced no problems whatsoever; everything was as advertised, price and delivery as promised. I even took advantage of the cash discount and saved enough to more than pay for a 3-year AppleCare extended service plan. (That, by the way, usually sells for $350 - Infinity Micro sells it, everyday, for $235.81). To make this good deal even better, I paid COD! No credit card numbers to worry about. A word to those who gleefully offer their negative report, I ask: when was the last time you gave anyone a good evaluation? Look in the mirror to find the answer.
"I had a good experience with Infinity Micro. They had a good price on an Apple Mac G5 Dual Processor 2.7 Ghz computer. I paid with a personal check to save an additional 2 percent, and it took them a few days longer to accept it and process it, but that's OK because it was a good deal. I had to call them a few times to make sure my order was being processed even tho my check already cleared my bank. But the lady on the phone was nice & polite, so it was not a bad experience. I received my computer via free UPS ground shipping a few days later and it was in good condition even tho it shipped all the way from Los Angeles to the East coast. I didn't get any sales tax or additional charges beyond the agreed upon sales price, as advertised on their website. Based on this experience I would say this is a reputable merchant, offering a good price on their items. This is obviously more than I can say for some other shady online merchants !!! I would do business with Infinity Micro again! "
"PC-800 memory arrived promptly and well packed, but a few pieces were the wrong part number. Infinity Micro provided an RMA number and UPS account for return shipping. After receiving the incorrect memories from me, they shipped the correct parts, again well packed. All memories worked flawlessly. I would purchase from Infinity Micro again."
"I ordered a Sony Vaio GRV680 on 12th June. As an International Buyer, I was advised that payment was only Wire transfer or Amex. The price was great and I transferred the money with a followup email. The order was put on as "IN PROGRESS". No further correspondence until I rang on 21st June. The order had already shipped. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The price was great, the product was in perfect condition although they may be a bit slow. If you aren't in an urgent hurry they have some great prices. "
"Ordered a canon XTI camera on the 20th. received it on the 26th through Ground shipment. The Camera was defective (Shutter stuck) and I immediately called Infinity Micro and after checking with Canon USA for a fix, got a RMA. to send it back to the factory. I am satisfied with their sales and service they do what they say they'll do. I'll update upon receipt of the replacement camera. 7/12/2007: Received the Camera back from Canon on the 10th. Everything seems to be working with no problems. I still feel that the Camera should have been replaced rather than fixed, but otherwise staisfied with Infinity Micr's products and prices."

"I ordered what was adverstised to be a "refurbished" HP-9100C Digital Sender.
The merchandise which was shipped was indeed a HP-9100C, but I have doubts as to it being refubrished, or at least it certainly didn't appear to be refurbished by HP, judging by the fact that: (1) it was shipped without a HP box; (2) it was shipped without HP manuals or any other type of documentation; (3) the included software consisted of two burnt CDs; and (4) the unit when powered up retained the Admin password of apparently the previous owner.
On the good side the unit appears to be fully functional, and a few minutes with Google and HP.com yielded the necessary information to remove the old Admin password and to reconfigure the unit so that I could use it. Further, during shipping, the locking screw was correctly set to the lock position to minimize the chance of damage to the unit. Cosmetically, the unit appears to be in good shape, except for the locking screw itself, which is on a normally non-visible portion of the unit. In summary, the unit appears to be a used HP-9100C in good condition, and the price was good.
The unit apparently shipped 1 day later than I had expected based on their web site statements, and also shipped from TX while they are apparently based in CA."

"Customer service was poor overall. Getting in touch with a rep on the phone was difficult. They had trouble authorizing my credit card and were not very helpful in resolving the issue. I was not able to get a tracking number in a timely fashion, leading me to believe my order was lost or that the charge did not go through. When I finally received the package, they had sent me the wrong item. They DENIED this, and tried to stick me with a restocking fee to return the WRONG ITEM. I eventually had to file a chargeback with my credit card issuer."
