"I ordered a Nikon CoolPix 5700 for $734.99, got the confirmation thru email $799.09 ($64.10 shipping & handling). They shipped me a used camera and charged my credit card $999.99 ???? I called the sale person (Victor) to get the Merchandise Authorization number to return this product, he said it will charge 15-30% for restocking fee plus shipping fee and hanged up the phone! With Infinity Cameras, the worst experience I've had with an internet company! Do not give them your credit card number"

"I have placed an order for a Canon Digital Rebel for a price which looked too good to be true.
I received an email confirming my order within an hour. A day later I received another email to call in for "confirmation", which I did, but I was ready to resist any sale pressure. I was told to ask for "David" and David told me that the camera is in stock, but it comes with only one battery, and I need a memory card, etc etc. when declined all his offers, he told me that the camera was not in stock and it will take 2-3 weeks to get it. I told him I will wait.
A week later I called to check on the status and again I was told it will be 2-3 weeks, and at that point I asked him to cancel my order, which he did, and I received an email to that effect.

By coincidence, my credit card was ripped off and someone racked up a few thousands of dollars before the credit card company blocked the card. I do not have any proof that infinity cameras was behind it...

I did some research on the outfit and Infinity camera, VIP camera, Best Price camera, and Mr. Accessory, are all by the same owner, Joey Saideh, 1938 McDonald Av Brooklyn, NY. blbl@aol.com (917)803-2223

Never again...

"Ordered Sony camcorder DCR-TRV38. They called and said it would be backordered for about a week. Now, two weeks later, nothing. After reading other comments here, I'm cancelling the order. They do have the lowest quoted price on the web - by far. They just don't have the camera."

"I placed an order at this store for a camera that they listed in stock. A few days (and many unanswered emails later), they said the camera was backordered with a 2 to 3 week delay. They had advertised this camera as in stock and ready to ship. I ended up having to cancel the order, because they would not respond to my contact efforts. "

"After finding the lowest price for the Panasonic PV-GS150 video camcorder, I ordered the camera & proceeded to wait 9 days without any signs of my camera or email confirmation from Infiniti Photo DBA BestPriceCameras.com stating that it had been sent. I emailed them asking if my order had been sent yet & the next day I got a phone call from the company trying to sell me a $150 battery for my camera. After being told that the camera came with a one-time use only "18 minute" battery, I proceeded to tell the sales rep that I wasn't interested & I just wanted him to send me the camera. He continued to try to sell me the extra battery & would not take no for an answer until I finally told him to cancel the order in which he immediately told me my order was cancelled & hung up on me. Clearly, after realizing that I wasn't going to spend an additional money, he actually was trying to get me to cancel the order. When they say a price is too good to be true...it probably is."

"This was one of low price vendors for a Canon GL2 camera on one of the price comparison websites, that offered this camera $100+ under other resellers. I submitted the order on their website and got confirmation of receipt. Later, I got an email saying there was a problem with the order and more info was needed and to call Kevin. I talked to Kevin and he said credit card info must have been incorrect but indicated it was OK when I repeated it. He then tried to sell me many accesssories & I declined. I told him I only wanted camera and he said it would only have 30 days warranty unless I bought a upgraded warranty at $100+. I declined and told him to cancel the order. This is another one of the slimy New York camera dealers at work. I would advise anyone to avoid this operation as well as A&M Photo World(same scheme). The legitimate camera dealers in this state such as J&R Music World should lobby for such tactics to be unlawful. I bought the camera at Norman Camera in Michigan and had it in hand in three days at a price $50 lower than local."

"Classic misrepresentation. Posted low price for item on web, took my order, then as I was about to hang up, advised me that I needed a $700 video box to make the $3500 tv I ordered work. This box is in fact part 2 of 2 of the tv and included in the price from all other sources. I then got sent to a manager to "negotiate" a deal. This resulted is price slightly higher than that posted by other sources (but better than many). I went to another source, but what a waste of time."

"I tried to purchase a camera from them this morning. Asked if there was any tricks, US warranty, not refurbished, etc. He assured me it was all good. Gave them my credit card, then he said, oh, we take the battery and charger out of the box, would you like to buy them? So for only $300 more, they were going to sell me the included items in the box. An extremely unethical company!"
